Weekend exploration trips in Singapore

 

Ah Neh, I'm thinking to doing this. U interested?

 

Explore some quite light offroad trails, secluded beaches, fishing spots etc in SIngapore on bike over 1/2 day Sat or Sun. Apparently there are some haunts only accessible via 4x4 or scram on various parts of SGP.

 

Can Google Earth our island and check it out. Already planning one this coming weekend.... East side

 

Anyone wanna join?

less than 100km/h

the trunk road speed limit over there is 90km/h mah

right? :cool:

u ah brudder.... gonna make me fail my exams la!!! :dot: LOL.

Practically speakin... i dun have much time to play with anymore la... my first paper is on the 9th...last one on the 17th.

 

after that im thinking of riding somewhere with the GF and hopefullly some Vara bros from the 18th to the 21st. somewhere in MY la... like Cameroon or something... den last weeknd of june is LeMarko in Endau Rompin! :thumb:

 

WRT to local riding... im sure AJ and the boys will know all the local spots for off roading la.. jus check wit them la. in fact many times wanted to follow the scrams into the tanah merah trails... but dunno if teh vara got nuff power le.. but if dun try will never know rite..

 

ok..cut the bull **** - if its a half day affair - start early morning be hme by 12pm latest - local or otherwise im on! :thumb::)

 

but ive got no time to plan or recce bro... so u gotta lead this one. in fact we can make it a recce trip la... :thumb:

 

as above if anyone interested in riding from teh 18th to the 21st - 4Day/3Nights pls let me know. we can plan something out...

ok now for the emo portion - teh Labis trip was AWEsome... first time in a long long time tat ive seen 50% vara in a riding grp. looking back at all teh old posts... im so envious how the seniors rode together in huge convoys of 20++ varas together. really hope to do something like tat someday.

yup great.

it was a eating trip.

i thot i can gain 20kg.

but all went out into the bowl again. :angel:

 

after 18th that weekend i'm working.. so its out for me.

Ahhh, this i think i can make it.....but......i just changed to road tyres leh.....can?

I want to see the world and i'm pretty sure the world wants to show a little something to me.

June 2009 to July 2009: Honda Phantom TA150

actually tot of selling mine and buy over Black's vara... cos relatively new mah... but finances not good now... so see how lor...

 

thinkin maybe will wait for my vara coe to end...den scrap the bike.. but keep all the parts. buy a new EFI vara...and swap the old tank and fairing over... :> New EFI vara with the good ol' looks! :thumb:

 

oh well...tats the plan for now...we'll see how things go... :cool:

but 10k out of the pocket is such a pain...

 

btw... the efi model... out fairing can fit in?

Lol, all these are nothing compared to all the modifications you have done. So tempting to get 2nd hand laaa. Some more people say I won't use the same bike for 10 years, so a 2nd hand is usually more worth it. =/

i dun advise to get a 1st hand vara.. by the time u get some accessories here and there plus interest and insurance becoming close to 20k =(
