Is wing yap the only place to go for fz16 stuff like belly pan and engine guard?

I bought mine from Unique Motors at Toh Guan, I had mine with a package, belly pan + Fork guard.

Ya, had one experience with them so isn't so keen to go back to them for anything.

Ya saw that news too but Interestingly, from unconfirmed sources, it has a slightly lower cc and horsepower.

Not sure if anyone here have heard of sinnob gear n sprocket. Just to spread some little posion..

I've tried a FZ16 with sinnob gear n sprocket, is quieter. as not so much noisy.

it stated less wear n tear n last longer than metal chain.

Downside is only available at WY motorshop..

True downside is WYP. Last heard it was a shy less than $200, when I can get the whole set in Batam for less than $30. However, I've heard that the chains and sprockets are heavier compared to the other brands outside

look good. . just wait till it get to SG shore...

It might be bad news for me who is riding gen 1 fz16 and plan to sell it once I get my class 2a which will be end of this year earliest or maybe early next year, resale value of my bike will most probably drop drastically..... :(

Bought my new bike cover today, Okado brand and 4L size (2nd largest) which is catered for 750CC-1100CC bikes, even so, covering it still leave a bit of my rear wheel exposed, I had to cover it in opposite, just how big is my bike with my top box.....the next size is 5L and it is the largest catered for 1500CC bikes..... still pondering if I should get it changed....

I'm just concerned about rain on the electronics so for me, couldn't care less about exposed wheels. :D

sorry but I don't really understand. I have a givi 47l box and I'm using trax cover for up to 400cc bikes but it can cover all the way to my chain which only a little of my rear wheel is exposed...

For me it is my chain that is giving me the problem, it rust far too easily even with proper lubrication, do not know what is the brand of the chain but it has those dull bronze/gold colored plating at the side, the rust forming is not to the point beyond salvation, can be easily removed but I am just far too paranoid in keeping my bike in good condition, another thing is that the way it rains over at my side, being in the open car park is one thing, the wind pickup while raining is side way, so much so that my old trax cover was blown off a few times in the middle of the night and I had to go down while still under the effect of man-made anesthesia to cover it back. It is also that side wind that causes rain to soak my chain in rain. Maybe it is just me who is far too particular when it comes to my bike, it is like my newborn jewel. haha...

OK I understand your problem. but by trax cover has a clip at the bottom so matter how big the rain it won't be blown away...

Yep did use the clip, it did not fly away but my darling bike end up having her panties exposed, guess the previous cover was too small and water was starting to leak through the cover, will see how well the new okado cover perform.

yah, ard 160-200 range. weight, maybe not, as is Polyurethane(aka plastic).. plus sprocket, you may be right.

I've heard getting from batam is a better option. if one is familiar with Batam.. Hahahaa

Nice idea, if people would stop taking the clips that I used to hold my cover down on my bike......damn from stealing bike cover to taking clips.....I did not know Singapore citizens could be that poor..... -_-|||

mine exposed a little at the wheels like that but so far not much problem.

Oh yeah, my new okado cover gave me something similar like yours in the pic, but my box was fitted higher up so the rear wheels are move visible as compared but I solved my problem by changing my cover position hee hee~

Maybe can all PM yian? Lol... Or add him to whatsapp?

nyaaha....ha.....ha....ha..... *takes out my phone, key in number, send this number to all my friends with "spam him" message attached and.....* let there be hell!!!!!

@yian_1989 I did some search online and found quite a few ways, maybe you can start from the following links I provided and see if it helps:

http://www.ehow.com/how_4510585_remove-melted-plastic-from-metal.html

http://www.youtube.com/watch?gl=SG&hl=en-GB&v=vGudjKoOaLI

I recommend viewing the last link, it is about bikes and melted plastics.
