Accident

Hey guys, i met with an accident last year in september. The case has been on going even til today. What i realised was that i have taken a few pictures of my bike and the taxi but it wasn't passed to the motodiam which is doing the claim for me. So by sending in to them now, would it affect the case alot? Like it is gonna help me out and stuff? Need some advice here. Thanks!

NOt too worry so long as the matter have not settle is still good to take it as claim but usually the damage of yr bikes have been noted of by the suveyor.When yr bikeshop is doin claim for you.

i was wondering if the photos, i intend to send in, will cause the whole process to jam up or even restart whatsoever? Ive attached a picture. Pls tell me my chances and how helpful this pic will be.

Actually, the SBF control panel not working. Wanted to update it that I am in Phuket Thailand now. And going off to USA again next month for 3 months. Then back to settling down in Thailand.

Its always good to give all the them just in case they dont pass around the pictures for you. (They dont.)

i was wondering if the late introduction of the photos into the case would cause the motordiam to start from scratch again. they probably will be pissed as to why the pics are only produced at this stage.

No it shouldnt be. Not unless they were claiming for items they are not suppose to.

 

But it should only serve to strengten your case, not start over.
