2pt not so nice cuz its like e "ear" of a cup on ur bike..

3pt abit nicer.. but its up to ur preference la..

chrome better cuz colour won't fade..

to prevent rusting.. oil the joints frequently lo.. WD40..

i used to ride a verR.. dropped.. hit car on my left crashbar, drop bike on right crashbar.. both 3pt crashbar bent n dented n abrasion on floor but engine TOTALLY OK.. quite hard impact i guess... cuz i punctured the car's right tyre..

so it depends on how u impact n drop ur bike.. but have some protection is better then none. i've personally seen alot of S4 with 3pt crashbar accident and at bike shop.. the crash bar koyak like siao but engine n tank all ok..

whether stainless steel is good or not i dunno.. but from what i know is the stainless steel wun rust so easily except the joints la.. cuz the joints is use dunno wat metal one.. whereas chrome after LONG time will whole thing rust..

btw now i ride spec1 with 3pt stainless steel crashbar

The rust is not on the crash bar, its the screw. btw, crash bar still good, black faded abit but still good. :thumb:
