I recently got into rock climbing, but most of my friends don't climb and those that do aren't that enthusiastic. I desperately need a climbing partner,

I usually go to SAFRA Yishun. They have the most facilities. There are also Climb Asia at at CSC, Climber's Laboratory at Toh Guan. Entry and equipment rental is quit cheap is you are a student or if you can convince them that you are.

Just rock on into any of the climbing places you've stated and talk to the centre staff or other ppl who are climbing. see if there are regular groups there or something. else, head into the bouldering gym. there's a group which climbs in CA on thurs, think it's somewhere on FB.
