what's the fc you getting?

 

any problem while riding this bike? problem with spare part?

I'm able to hit 210km untill i open reserve. as for the fc i not really sure.

 

problem? old bike so definetly parts will be wearing out.. i believe most other make do face such problem as well, as this is an old bike, parts tends to wear out more faster, spare part so far no problem for me.. but if u are talking about major parts that has to involved with the engine i guess u have to put in effort and time to locate it from agent.. as shipping might take a longer time.. so far i find this bike very stable.. what do want to know about this bike?

210km? den how many litres you pump usually?

 

err, i dunno exactly actually. i read reviews on various website, those European counterpart review, but nothing beat the review from a local rider ma.

 

i think i will be more concern about spare part and what and how to take note of the bike etc...

Haha good question.. I dun really know how many litres i usually pump in.. No petrol just pump lo.. usually i monitor my petrol level by mileage... Full tank about $20+ or $25+ for better fuel grade.. Usually i pump 98..

 

Spare part wise i would say it all depends on the availability.. If you're lucky you can get the parts faster than u expected.. I can only say.. Accessories wise.. Definitely easy to find coz there's so many aftermarket products out in the market.. But if you're talking about the internal more toward the engine.. That u wud have to take time to allocate.. To pick up on a ZXR i tink 1stly u wud have to get used to the weight first.. I personally find this bike is much more heavier compare with RVF/CBR/GSX. What really turns me off is the rear light.. Kinda... U know... haha

 

Finally getting a reliable mech to fix this bike is also the most important factor.. I got my bike service at a local shop, ended up i got myself even more trouble.. if u are really keen juz PM me ur contact number.. maybe i can answer ur question fluently through speech... haha sorry about the crap that i gave..

haha. the tail light not all about the same for 400cc sport bike meh? flat and squarish end with 2 round/rectangle light?

 

hmm, but i think the zxr front is nicer than 2 round headlight. maybe it's jus appeal more to me.

 

hmm, most likely i will go see the bike from the forumer after my exam in may... that is if he hasn't sold it by then. if he sell it liao, kinda hard to find another zxr for sale.

 

so maybe when i buy liao, den can get you out to learn more things from u? ;)

If u are saying the two rounded head light like the CBR head fairring.. Then that's a H model. Dun say learn from me lah.. I oso consider a noobie in this bike... Perhaps we could exchange thoughts lah.. haha

guys is the stuff like swingarm and forks can be located in any scrapyard or which shop got sell second hand one can please enlighten me thx newbie hehe

i think you misunderstood me.

 

what i meant was cbr and gsxr got 2 round eyes... and i don't like it.

 

zxr earlier model was 2 round eyes, but later model is like 1 rectangle ma. rectangle look nicer to me.

 

haha... okay, then we exchange thoughts if i successfully get my bike. :D

95 & 98 the price is juz few cent diff.. Why not pump 98? Difference alot leh... Btw dat time i go Caltex pump petrol.. they acutually merge their Platinum with 98 already right?

True. But if u are expecting something that enables u to drag smoothly... u might wanna consider pumping a better grade.. Besides it's just 1-2 dollar diff if u pump more.. since u r riding a sport bike i believe u are keen and eager to experience on how far and how fast it can go right?
