need help in removing scratch on the front mud guard

i found out theres some scratches on the front end of my spark mud guard. I bought a meguiars rubbing compound and it does removes the light scratches around but not thoroughly. meaning theres still some scratches around the paint. little lines which can hardly be seen but is somewhat visible enough if look close enough. however theres some scratches which just does dissapear. how do i removes this or polish is to make it look white again?

 

what should I use, I'm pretty new to this so would anyone help me advice on a product which can remove tough scratches..

I'm no expert at this, but try a pre-wax, then a wax. Meguires or Mothers should work fine.

 

The rubbing compound removes the surrounding material from the scratch so it's less "deep", the wax fills in the scratches.

i doubt anything will remove a scratch. live with it or buff like no tomorrow

scratch-x for light to medium scratches

 

anything deeper, extremely fine sandpaper, buff back afterwards with industrial compound wax

Got anything to cover deep edge scratches on a Super 4 front fender? Scratches at the front edges.

a photo of your scratches will help..

 

but ultimately, deep scratches can only be removed by respraying it..
