if you on budget, get carb one. easier to maintain and tuning, and troubleshooting too. For FI, once you got electrical problem, it can be haywire too... some quite hard to troubleshoot, esp if yr mech those try and error. some quite staright forward solution. If want FI, get 2nd batch, electrical system better, digital display too. price wise ard 12-13k for 2001(private) shop ard 13.5k and no limit... chop chop chop. few XX ard on sale, take yr time to view them.

saw a FT plate @ Belwin. low mileage based its age.

black color BB. nice no. plate too.

hi all, i am a aprilian rs125, today (26-09-04) at ard 1: in the afternoon along kje towards bke direction, i was playing wif a fren who ride phantom, den i go until ard 130 plus and couldn't slow down so cut in front of a blackbird rider, den at the kje-bke bend (very sharp bend) he over tk mi wif fast speed ard 90 km/hr? and he corner til his left exhaust is very close to scraping the rd or srap a bit at times, v v low... to mi he is a corner king, i slow down immediately in case anything happen to him i can siam.. may i know is the rider here? yarh... wanna say sorry to ya if u think i am playing wif u by cutting in front of u? it was accidental and u show mi a classy corner, ups to u but don try it on a rainy day... hee..

Hi Thanks Bro... Appreciate your patiend and clear reply. ONe more thing I generally worry about is the day to day usage. As this type of big bikes are mostly for week end riding how it will be for daily riding? another is about how much I have to top up to make the bike to a god condition if I get a Carburator model? Please advise.

worry about the daily use? shouldnt be a problem. I'm, 1.7m, 50kg only. use it for daily ride, to off and back home. no problem to go between car (dangerous, but try to do it safely, and do check all the F@#$%^ taxi driver). without side box lah... and maybe need to fold 1 of the side mirror, another 1 to see tp behind... ha ha.

 

not much to top up if you get a fairly good bike. No point getting a problematic bike (altought it cheap) and try to repair it later. get this senario, if the repair cheap the seller of course repair it already and sell it higher price to you right? you can find link to local Bb and maybe go out with us if you want to find more about it? power would be underutilise riding in spore, even in msia. how fast you dare to go? the bike still can go faster, my balls shrink liao.

 

You can try some of the bike selling in classified and other place, go n try it (if they allowed) and do learn how to compare each bike. better not buying the first bike that you see, as you might not know other bike maybe better (dont repeat my mistake) and try to get someone that ride that bike or familiar with 2nd hand bike. Feel if the bike really suit you. another thing, road tax 404 per year, insurance depends on you, mine 774 for 2nd party, NTUC 28 years old. my FI 2001 bike drink 1 liter petrol only can go 14km, short distance daily ride, carb model and long distance riding everyday of course would be better.

hi bb's... im new here and i need some advice from u guys ... iv been riding a bb for about a year now .. but recently my fwen accidently knock on my bike and now theres an ugly scratch on the right and a small dent on the tank ... can u guys reccomend me how much it will cost me to respray the tank and also te bottom side of the farring ..... thanks guys

FI 1st batch model usually which plate?

FI 2nd batch start from which?

 

any different in the design of the meter between Car and FI model? i only managed to see the diff is the additional indicator 'F'. am i right?? or the RPM needle meter shd be replace by a digital one?

 

and finally, whats remapping?? how expensive??
