nope..nv notice the rpm...see meter also no time le...where got go n see rpm..my rpm is on my rite unlike digital meter..

the middle meter is speedometer...

but i drag until redline..i know cos the sound of the engine is different le...max out sound..i tink u should understand wat i mean..hmm..actualli quite shoik..till now haven forget the feeling..haha

but vvv stable...BB at 280 290km region.. =) there's no much difference at 200km and 290km..in term of wind resistance and stability....mayb numb le..tats y...hahahha

but i feel at that around 220 the winds quite strong already as my helmet is shaking liao..

 

i dunno isssit me or my suspension setup or my tyres or windscreen not good enuff ...

or whatever reasons ...

 

 

still yet to go past the 240 'powercut' yet.. hee hee

your stock screen is too low..u have to kiss the tank in order not to get windblast... i am using touring screen not so bad at 210 or 220. But once 240 i start to kiss my helmut..

 

your meter is digital or analougue? i remember the 99 to 01 model the screen is lower. the 02 has a slight bubble and higher a bit.

 

Till date i still havent got a chance to really full bore the bike...hehehe i want to see 300km/h. i want to feel what is it like to go that fast....kekekeke

 

one boliao incident.. U guys ever use your bird to challenge pick up with a 747 Megatop aircraft? i tried once.. the bladdy plane left me behind within 10 lampost... and the plane was like miles away man when i am still at 180. hehehehe

U still studying i suggest to not to get a bird first. why coz bird need lots of commitment from the owners.

 

A bird diet consist of

Rm30 for 22litres of petrol(320km before reserve)

1 spark plug cost $18 X 4

Engine oil 4Litres (semi syn $9)

Oil Filter $16

Tyre Price from $300 to $550

Brake Pads Goldfren $16 X3 pairs

Rd tax $404 per year

Installement somemore.

 

If you can afford this diet and pay the installment and still have spare cash for yourself then get it.

 

Your parent may have thier reason for not allowing you to have the loan.. Aiyah dunt worry man bird wont run away as there will always be a newer and more mean machince to make u drool.

anyway, at 299, rpm is 10.2k. (redline 10.8k)

 

but i believe for my bike to touch red on 6th gear is difficult cos the needle is practically stationary after 10k. other birds i am not sure.

Pai managed to go so fast that he wasnt on the bird anymore when he got overtaken.

 

BlackJet went 215mp/h so much he hardly can stop and post.

 

BlackBlackBird went so fast that he had to change to a less potent bike. ZX12R heard it goes to 220mp/h instead of 299km/h

 

Me i lost my virginity when i put box on my bird.... HAHAHAHAHA

 

I still cant forget how the fark BBB can whack 270km/h in the nite after the ride up to mersing...hehehehehe

Yes we do have day rides...but depend on the number of ppl going.. min at least 4 or 3 to then we go. Either to mersing and keluang, or endau or muar. :smile:
