guys saw a thread being posted ..

 

a guy said he was being robbed in msia. He was surrounded by people then those low lifers snatched his bike robbed him.

Went to KL recently with my dear BB...When I open my throttle slowly till 157 km/h, vibration can be felt quite heavy...but below that speed, the engine are damn smooth...can it be the counter balancer? But why the vibration appear at 157 km/h?

same with me bro..try to blast summore..till 170 or abit more..mine abit ok around that speed...5krpm 6th gear will feel vibration the most on mine...

At De Palma,you bike can park exactly beside the security office..(they will really jaga your bike and take pics on it). Flamingo wise,they only allow in bikes above 400cc bikes in....Security wise also very good..

 

 

 

}STRYKER{ :- Bro you mention about the clutch fluid like not enough rite?..Check our clutch fluid,see if need topup..Topup and 2 weeks later juz check the level again..if it drops,high chance your slave cylinder is leaking..

 

flushed my clutch fluid at alai motors...den the next day the fi came out again. so went to another bike shop wen the fi lighted up. the mech didnt even bother to check the fi how many blinks,he switched off my ignition and the fi got reset...so basically,he didnt even see how it blinked....den he unplug my ECU,checked some of the stripped wires at the main harness to ECU,taped back properly and straight away told me to change ECU!quoted me $1k++ for the ECU+2 keys...told me BB only 2 probz ECU or wire harness...change ECU confirm no probz...i told him i'll tink abt it first. on the way home FI came up again.

end up trouble shoot on my own. with the service manual in my iphone, i removed each sensor connector and check the FI blinks of each problem...most of it tallied except for the knock sensor...the knock sensor when unplugged,FI doesnt light up or blink.but when i start the engine n revs up to 3krpm den it starts to come on.so checked the continuity from knock sensor cable to the ECU connector,ok.

in actual fact i reseat all the sensor connectors. so far so good coz since den the FI has not come up yet.managed to make a short trip to pump petrol via tuas on thurs night...and as of writing FI has been behaving normally.

Y i didnt heed the advice of two mechs which told me to change harness n ECU respectively?

its not abt the $$$$ but more of abt knowing what is wrong with the bike first before changing...what if i had changed harness and ECU but the problem still persist?will they change back the old harness, ECU and refund me my $$$$???i wonder y didnt they check my sensors first before confirming what's faulty...in the manual,when FI lights up, its all related to the sensors.instead of checking the sensors,they simply advised me to change the harness & ECU...

 

btw if any of u guys need the manual,i can pass it to u guys.its for 99 & above BB meaning to say FI model only & in 7.3MB pdf format.(total of 559 pages)

So urs is the same as mine? The vibration appears at 157km/h?

guys need help on how to send this pdf manual via email cos the size is extremely large...150mb in total...the 7.3mb is actually the parts manual only...the workshop manual is 150mb....

so who noes how to compress the file or maybe can upload it online for the rest to access it easily???
