XR400 air cleaner parts - Where to get 2nd hand parts?

Got an XR400RW recently and wanted to replace the air filter.

Open the air cleaner compartment and got a shock...there is nothing there. No housing, no filter, no spring element. All 3 parts missing.

Called the ex-owner. He have no idea.

Went to ask from shops. Only the air filter itself is plenty. The housing and spring element no more new ones.

Anyone can direct me precisely where to get 2nd hand housing and spring for my XR400 air cleaner?

Pls dun tell me to try every bike scrapyard. I tried going there for other things previously and the heat of the day is killing.

Or is it really ok to ride w/o air filter? The consumption is 17 km/L. I dunno if the lack of air filter affects consumption for this bike.
