I may not be the best person to answer this, let me try. It totally depends on the make and model of the bike. Not all bikes radiates the same amount of heat. It is expected to have heat since we are seated right near the engine area. With bigger CC, comes bigger engine, so more heat will be generated. The design of the bike for heat management is an important one. For example, sports bike does more heat, and since it is meant to be fast and furious, heat at those speeds might not exists at all. On the other hand, if you are traveling slow, you will fell hellish hahaha.

To combat this, need to wear proper riding gear. Jeans might do well in these conditions. It is not 100% effective but it does lessen the heat. As for me, I dun actually fell the heat on this bike...Maybe immune already. Hope that helps.

Keep yr petrol tank full so less space for the heat to burn yr thigh area...

how much approximately for a new machine with ABS? think the gsr is the few naked bikes that looks good with panniers without much fuss.

Machine with ABS should be below 18K+++. +++ are your COE, insurance, road tax, etc... Dropby Guan Hoe, Teospray or ASPhoon for exact price. My advice is don't dress and look like a carrot.

You got yourself Titanium Blue....One word of advice (before you do it)...DO NOT POLISH IT with some polishing compound. You have been warned heheheh. Seriously DO NOT...IT will remove the blue tint away.
