go kallang industrial park. there are few shops doing gilera repairs.. they shud sell a 2nd hand gilera also... i think the price shud be ard 4k.. depends on the model of the bike...

my bike cant start.. the eletric start can start but cant ignite the bike.. the kick start also cant work anymore.. anyone can tell me wat's wrong?? any advice given would be much appreciated..

we go together but dont all do at once la, like maybe one time go do 2 bikes.. then they see we bring them business maybe get discount... lolz... den while waiting we can sit down n slack oso.. see the bapoks..

try push starting? n btw i tink runner kick start take damn long, mine at least after more than 5 kicks... wen u press got funny sound? mayb ur starter motor.. or check ur spark plug.. i duno, this is according to my experience..

Push start?

Our clutch is a centrifugal clutch, you need to hit a certain RPM for the clutch to kick in..

If the clutch needs 1000rpm to engage.

Good luck for push starting.

I did mine @ Eugene... the shop up the street from 219. Opposite Macdonald's at Sim Lim area there...

but i went fishing once n want to go back in the morning cant start.. then my fren push me i press the starter n start leh... i know i got hear before pple say cant.. but i tink i got see some pple oso say can.. for me it works twice..

Check yr spark plug first, is it wet due to wet weather?

Then check the fuse.

anyway y u all dun try self spray? i intend to spray the transmission box myself... currently finding all the required tools can start liaoz.... for those who wan to self spray, buy size8 and size19 socket for the nuts securing the transmission box. recomanded spray is nippon brand but others also can lah. the black colour is the same tone as the stock black we have on the bike.

Has anyone opened the transmission box and removed the clutch and variator before? Did you use air gun? Can it be opened with normal spanners?

Most probably your electric start decide to kick in.. Because, my bike moves off only in high revs, more than 3krpm cos i am using aftermarket springs.

Its impossible for me.

just go find out how much rpm you need to engage your clutch. And decide if you or ur friend manage to get your clutch spinning at that rpm.
