anyone got problem starting ur bike in the morning? is it normal tat i need to open the trottle inorder to start the bike? sry i'm a new x9 rider that's why need advice =)

Yup rectified liao.. They juz change the rollers for me..

Now only have to wait till after chinese new year to get my front part repaired.. Den here comes my x9 to pillion girls..

For me it's a yes but i'm not sure whether it's normal ornot..

I've tried before increasing the idle RPM but no point, cos when the engine is hot, idle RPM goes up alot.. So i rather throttle and start the bike.. Always works for me..

for me,no need to open throttle (just brake in and start engine) but after a minute or so of starting the engine,i'll need to hold on and maintain the throttle for about 2-3 minutes @ 1.5K rpm if not the engine will die off..after that Zoom..........off.

Thanks.. Juz went down to had it service.. It's fixed now.. FOC! They say it's becos i used light rollers tat comes with the clutch, tat's y it's noisier but pick-up is faster ( this is true ). Budden i buay tahan the engine ramping sound, juz those malaysian bike lidat.. Haha

so there was rollers changed too. you never say also....

Hee paiseh.. I changed alot of stuff.. Clutch, roller, u-shoe and the disc to hold the rollers one ( duno wad it's called ) haha.. Cost me ard 600..

i can go till 120+ top.. budden the pickup from 100-120 is slightly faster after i change the parts.. y?

Coz u change roller mah..tink if u change de dr pulley even faster pick up loh..dan change torque spring lah..change block..change delta clutch..LV exhaust..really can fly liao!!

anyhow change parts doesn't mean that your bike can go faster. Good for the motortiam bad for your wallet.

 

must know what you change and why you change.

guess my evo is not performing with all the stock parts....top is 120km/hr NETT!

but did check with some riders also all stocks parts but can go up to 130-135km..

hmmm......maybe the speed varies from bike to bike..

120 i tink enuff liao.. especially nowadays so windy, when strong wind come can see my bike drift.. i tink most impt for me is pick-up cos ge-che depends alot on pick-up..

stock parts can go up till 130-135? I change my parts liao yet 120+ more sad den u..

HI guy i just bought my X9 due to loss of my bike....

 

really a comfortable bike.... but i just found out a lot of back fire on the bike.....

 

it is normal anyway to reticfied it|???

 

will it hurt the engine|???

 

pls guide me.....

evo maybe can reach 132 nor.. maybe 140 too... but for mine.. top 110? maybe becos of my sound system and pillion weight=) BTW happy chinese year guys !!

nice speakers cover you've got out there with the X9 logo on it...are they custom made?

aiya actually for x9... dun expect much speed... coz this bike is more for those relax biker like me... haha~ somemore the whole bike so heavy... imagine when u speeding 120++ @ expressway... i believe got some road user likes to speed... n imagine bigger bike or car cut across u~ u will feel a strong wind blowing 2wards u... n some ppl will tempt to wobble... i guess everyone here has this experience b4... n dun forget... our wheels are smaller compare 2 other bike... even some kup wheel oso bigger den us... when i started riding x9 i already start wobbling liao... n somemore later might even wear out some of the parts if u put too much pressure on it... for eg the air coolant.. later suddenly overhearted den siao liao... better play safe or be sorry. that's my advice... if u really wan speed... get a sports bike... for those safe rider... keep up the good work!
