I'm not sure about that. Well you can look around in the market to do some research... Really cheap one u can go to JB find... But installation best u cud get to local workshop do. As JB mechanic dun specialise in doing "operation" for scooter. things are cheap there la... but cheap got cheap quality thats wad i can say...

sometimes ah~ having box totally seal is'nt a good thing... coz there's no air and there'll be water vapour inside... and especially after rain you left your box under sunny weather... u open ur box ah... got certain odour... best u can hav some air vendilation @ the box.

try gazi...not too ex but tough.budget ones are maybe those kups kia suspension eg. mikuku,ntc etc...:cheeky:

hmmm,u got a point there...

but to have ventilation means u need to have opening and to have opening,water will slip in...that's challenging!!

i use mikuku and it last me about 2yrs plus, price should be below $150

Nice meeting u kenny and thanks for doing up my bike. i might get the GRP exhaust so im reseaching on that abit, to compare with the leo vince. Anyway i knew i changed the clutch, speed bell and variator, were the clutch springs changed?

 

Its kinda noisy after the change but i figure its the rollers and clutch shoes trying to bed in.

 

 

it turn more noisy because of the higher rev, it is normal. But i believe the pick up now is even better, am i right?

i guess the ventilation not really an issue, and be can open up n air the box for a while while warming up bike,it should be fine..:)

true can open. but the smell wun go off that easily unless you let it open for a long time... coz if u got vendilation in the box... the air circulation will circulate the odour away...

personally, i didnt seal the box, and have water inside. what i do is i put a thirsty hippo in the box, and an air freshener

sometimes i will just take out the underliner 'tray' in the box to wash and sun it to keep it clean and odourless. :)

F-king hell...juz now park in far east plaza..dan someone else stole my speaker cover. Dan juz b4 i left de carpark when i park bike, saw a pearl white x9 amalfi which looks veri familar. So went over 2 take a look. Saw dat it was missing a speaker cover. Mi dan park bike at de lot in front of it n left. Dat was b4 i return 2 de carpark n found mi cover was missing on 1 side of de speaker!! N dat bugger also gone liao!!! Hope de thief crash n die ah!! NBCCB!!! If anione spots a pearl white x9 amalfi wif white side mirrors, top box modded wif sub woofer, a pair of jbl speakers wif COVER. Plz call de police!! Singapore veri small 1, wan 2 find veri easy1..N if u r de bugger reading tis...U BETTER RETURN MY COVER!!!

pearl white with sub woofer box? maybe u can ask Elton ... sounds like his previous bike. Anyway, not many places can do this kind of mod. So u can track down quite easily :p

 

I thought I have also seen a similar bike at the Scooter Outing at Little Bali. Is it P-Plate?

 

Ha..at first i also tink is elton's ex bike..same brown seat...but as i compare de pic dan i dan realise dat bike has amalfi mirrors..gonna ask him on mon who he sold his bike 2...damn dat bugger..

Guys, gonna need some advice badly.. Today when i riding home, suddenly the reading for the themostat shoot up to the maximum High (means vertical upwards) and when i park my bike, i smell a burning smell near my back tyre there.. And one more thing, when i full throttle my bike, i can hear a crunky sound at the rear tyre.. Anyone experience this before? Can provide some advice? I fear the burning smell, is it dangerous to continue riding.. Please advise.. Thanks..
