still the same. for the out look, only the signals were changed to clear ones. then came the exec models, with electric windshields & mirrors. considered no major changes.

 

but i think the electric windshield and mirror is a good changes..

really love them..

too bad i can't afford a 650!!!

fuel consumption went up but power wise cannot really feel...

you can try to get it from any shop...

those i got some for sale..

RED led instead??

 

installation is abit tricky if you haven open the front b4..

 

all you need is a screw driver..

unscrew 4 screws and you need to know how to release the catch of the panel..

and you can change the blub arleady...

The electric mirrors are good. So that u can fold them when squeezing through vehicles. But the electric windshields are quite useless. Cos during rain, when push up, your windshield & helmet visors are blurred by the rain water. But if u keep the windshield down, at least the head wind will push the water from the helmet visor down.

Juz like to ask the bros here who are riding the silverwing, cause i was riding my new silverwing for about 30mins or so and i can heard a slight ticking sound coming from the meter area, a sound similar to the one when the left-right signal is on, but at that time the signal was not on. Did any of you bros heard this ticking noise before?

12 months, unlimited mileage. Btw how do u know your engine gasket is leaking? Bike shop told you?

6 to 7 mths old !!!! I think you better get a second opinion ! Could be overfilling of Engine Oil or even wrong oil was used ! Also could be due to ......(oldest trick in the book).

 

The SW engine is practically bullet proof and for this to happen must be due to very high pressure / thining of oil / overfilling crankcase. So i really doubt it ... recommend you get Boon Siew check it out first.

Any one can give advise on G.P.R. exhaust pipe (made in Italy) . Suitable for SW? What can it improve on the bike? price range?

recommand tat u get ARROW exhuast, cos since u already spent so much on the bike already no point fixing "pa lia" exhuast like GPR. Yes i know got high end model but i believe ARROW has a more reputable brand and it includes a dyno chart too for u to see the comparision between stock and street legal.
