due to bird flu, better dun take the risk... also I am tied down with my work , may even celebrate my national day at work place even. However , should try to squeeze in a short KL trip. No fish , prawn also good rite , hahhaaa

 

Also my bike condition is not in a good shape to travel far and fast. After the mersing trip , the rear tire has become motor GP kind of tire already. No markings at all !!

 

I still comtemplating to change it or not... as i only gonna use my bike for another month... then may lay up the bike.

finally changed my tires , good old tourance... but price increased like mad

 

front part still got the same silly wobbling problem , but still the cornering is superb

 

anyway i got lobang for another xtra set. Good price so whoever wanna change , give me a ring .

My tires have a long way to go...front Bridgestone Enduro and rear Pirelli (dunno which one...have to check again..). Not as nice and sticky as the Tourance...so too early to change...although the desire to do so is there...

hey...anybody knows the price of a side stand?? me wanted to change mine...guess u guys know how my sidestand looks like....its getting worse...looks like anytime it will topple(especially full tank)..

Lucky that day , I ride home with GF to drop my stuff . After I come down restart the bike. "pop" bike died. All instrutmental panels , clock all reset! Cant start the bike at all.. heng at home liao. If not , stranded at some woodland , jurong or even JB , can

 

Okay the prelude to having a total dead batt and fried rectifier are

1)the bike will just black out once u try to start up ur bike again after u stop it.

2)After u leave it to rest, try to unscrew and screw back the connecting bolts of the batt, u can start it again.

3)Take out the battt and check for "bloating" if it shown signs of swelling. Its fired!

4)start up the bike , use a multi-meter to check the voltage. It should be flatuating above 13+ volts . As u rev the bike up, the voltage shd go up.If not..

(this point 4 , the voltage part i need to reconfirm as its a long time since I last checked)

 

well if all the conditions satisfy : congrats , time to change batt and rectifier.

But fear not , my total cost for changing both is $145 hahaha so not so bad

 

Simcerboy> check with FJT . I always get my spares there. Not dirt cheap like Ah boy but still reasonable.

btw simone we are trying to come up with a design that symbolise us.

we have chosen VARA to represent us

Varadeo Adventure Riding Asia...(i hope its okay with ur side too)

 

so now we are thinking of getting it done to be sticker form, then paste on our bikes. So even we cant remember the plate number. Once we see sticker ,we know its our kaki . So we need the design 1st before we could cut the stickers. maybe ur side could help to chip in some ideas
