engine stall

hi all,

 

Would like all ur advices..

 

My KRR150 keeps stalling...

 

Scenerio:

 

my bike would start normally but would stall once I stop at the traffice light…it would stall even when I stop at neutral..Tried to adjust the idling speed to 20000rpm but problem still persists…Spark plug changed,carburator serviced

20000 rpm?? i think u mean 2000 rpm rather kawa i think until 14000 only right.. might be ur battery not charging well.. maybe a change of battery might help.. else try to ask the bikeshop troubleshoot for you loh

i had this problem wif my SP in the past...

 

fer my case, there was a hole in my piston causing too much air to go in thus making me constantly throttling in order to keep the engine running. if i were to stop as in like e-brake without throttling, the bike would die. clutching in also no use..

 

advice to get ur bike checked out. this scenario cannot be good. all the best mate!

Battery? Light can on? Signal lights? Horn? Maybe rectifier? Many possibilities..Best way is to send to your mech ask him check for you..

check your choke

if its choke, he accelerate the bike will die le..

 

i would think its clutch too close le...

only idling got problem?? most likely is ur idle jet is too big or ur reed valve petals has been damaged as in the edges are worn out.. these are the only 2 possible explainations if it only affect ur idling

 

batts , electrical system will not only affect idle , these factors will affect at any rpm range.. water in tanks will cause bogging and bike dieing during acceleration .
