Scroll back to the first few pages. Got some reviews. Definitely an improvement in performance, but up to u to justify is it worth it.

H1. I recommend not to change white. Light output is lesser n if u choose to get the one from cmo, don't. Reliability not there. Too many cases of blown bulbs, even shop know of this. If u rly want white, i suggest go for HID. Better output, and supposedly better lifespan.

Sorry CMO??

Not going with pure white, but definately something slightly brighter then what we have on the bike now.

Any recommendation??

MO = mass order. C dunno means what. Basically means order from pple from the forum la.

Want brighter go for the HID type lor. But not lta approved definitely. I thought of changing to HID but changed my mind cause scared lta catch summon me $500. Furthermore that HID is not cheap wor. About 100 bucks.

Our headlights definitely not bright enuff when traveling on the NSHW during night time. Cannot see far enuff. Only can see the reflectors..too dangerous..

I thought of installing flood lights at the front fork there. Use black socks to cover it when riding in sg. Won't get caught like that right? I think won't la..haha..then remove the socks only when cross the custom lor. :D

i went thru a few roadblocks alr wif my white (6000k) HID. no issue. i tink cux ours dont glare so much, so maybe dont get their attn. if u wanna play safe, caninstall 4300k bulbs, so the color is similar to stock bulbs, but of course brighter. for me NSHW riding okay lei. i guess personal preference la. though my white color not suitable. not effective wen it gets abit misty/foggy/really heavy rain. once this set dies, probably will go for the 4300k one.

cost wise mine only cost $40 from ebay btw. not ex. cheaper than a set of OEM grade bulbs in fact. jux troublesome to DIY install. dats all. and of cux the risk of buying from ebay, the quality depends on ur luck. mine works well so far for the past 4 months. :)

foglights should be alright. try get those led ones. at least power consumption not so high compared to halogen ones.

Changed to Battlax TH01-R. Heart pain... $250

ouch! nvm la bro. small price to pay. at least u are safe. :) at least nv explode or sumting. damn scary sia. bloody big lor the bolt. anyway, let us knw hw is the tyre. looks like u r the first to install battlax on the maxsym.

So does yours come with High beam and Low beam as well?

Do apologise for so many question, new at HID lights. Looking for one that has both high and low beams HID kits.

our bike hi-beam is built-in. nothing to do wif the bulb. the bulb remain lit all the time. hi-beam is actuated by the lens itself.

I also ordered my hid from eBay 2 weeks ago. Should be coming soon.

I don't really know how to review tyre. I corner very slowly during wet, so slow until there's minimum banking. Had a few scares during my Honda wave days using cheapo tyres. Now habit. To me the stock maxxis very good already lol. The tyre did not deflate even after the mech pulled out the offensive bolt.

Btw I took out the glow tapes from the front rims. Gets dirty too easy. Big hassle to maintain. Need to clean every few days with thinner/kerosene to remove the grime. Now I know why they painted the rims black lol.

Hi all,

What's the weight of one of the weight rollers???

The service manual says 17,000 to 18,300g, but I always thought it was 15g !

What you need is a tail bag. A good one has rain cover, reinforced parts, and elastic straps to slip under the seat.

If you're riding a bike but not calculating the 50 possibilities in the 50 meters of road ahead of you, then you're dangerous and shouldnt be on one.
