parking lot fully, park beside lot with coupon still kena saman..

hey guys, can i appeal to the authorities cause i think my situation is reasonable for me to park on double yellow lines.. the bike parking lot are all full and i have no choice but to park beside the parking lot but its a double yellow line.. the location is at prinsep st and its a city area so always parking lot full.. i always park there with parking coupon on but yesterday i kena saman by cisco.. the thing is that i already put a parking coupon but they still book me being the fact that the lots are all full..

losing your job does not give you the right to rob a bank. your case is unlike having a season parking while the car park is full so you might not be sucessful.

i kena at my hdb mscp oso.. i got season parking.. bo pian...all lots full.. sum more that one i 4 days on MC.. 4 days stuck in room and nv go down look at bike.. go down, kena saman 2 times lar.. haha.. nw pending my appeal...

Double yellow lines are meant to deter parking, probably due to possible obstruction to traffic.

They summon you as a matter of straight forward parking offence.

Even if you put 1 stack of coupons also dont change the fact of the offence bro.

from my experience, write to mp sure can waive one. it's a matter of whether you want to queue up 3 hours to see him only.
