unfortunately...original Honda top case and side panniers are very expensive and imo, quite ugly...in fact, the Honda orignal stuffs are very ex..and quite useless....

i fitted mine with the hepco explorer top case, and waiting to fix the side panniers....

also fixed the hepco side crashbar...

waiting for the Puig windshield to come in around end-mar...

gonna slowly put up some other stuffs like the Hella foglamps and upgrade the suspensions...

So far..really enjoying the ride...

although its classified as Adventure, but its more to road/touring with a little mild off-road capability..

which totally suits my needs...

its more of a either u like it, or u dun, kindda relationship...

Anyway, Crosstourer coming in around Apr 2012..

but..i'll probably still stick to the Crossrunner.. :thumb:

It's good to know that you are enjoying your ride. :thumb:

:btw: Why are the Honda original stuffs useless? Maybe you can lay down your facts.

I'm a total newbie, I'd like to learn more.

Sweet/sick bike!! Was heading back around 9pm from Pasir Ris Drive 12 into TPE-SLE, came along side this bike at the traffic light. Red body, fitted with HB aluminium topcase and I THINK there was some custom crashbars or something (i might be wrong). From a distance, I thought it must be a Ducati Diavel or something... but closeup I saw the Honda logo on the fuel tank!!! I don't usually notice bikes, but this one really caught my eye!! It's such a majestic bike, and something I might consider in the future... plus it's a Honda!! :)

OMG YES!!! I just saw your attached pic, it is indeed the same bike I saw!! Bro, all I can say is that you have one SOLID bike man. I still can't believe that it is a Honda bike. I really like Honda, and my current bike (Tiger 200) is also from Honda. Reliable plus easy to maintain. Anyway bro, I just passed my Class 2 about 1 month ago. Thinking of upgrading bike, then by chance I happen to see your bike on the road... so now I am contemplating this bike...

Just a few questions to ask, hope you dont mind sharing:

- Your handguard is stock?

- Hepco Becker box/bracket installed at which shop? m-technik? how much total?

- Hepco Becker crushbar installed at which shop? and how much?

- puig winscreen from which shop and how much??

Just asking cause I want to roughly estimate how much all these add-ons will cost, inaddition to the bike cost. I am just looking around, but at the top of my list is this bike!!!

@freakyairhead: windscreen from Puig..so far the best review from UK..and so far so good for me...damage is $200

@PolarisX: Handguard is from Barkbuster...

All my parts from M-Technik...price wise, better for u to ask them, but its quite universal, from what i had gathered so far...

i'm using the Xplorer box...u'll probably get a discount if u get more items la..so not too nice to reveal the price here...

Puig windscreen, u can order from Motovation as well...my front fork slider is from Motovation...

so far...ive spent about close to 3K on accessories..including the side panniers from H&B...

@Firedragon: bro..u riding wat color Xrunner? i saw a stock white one zoom past me once...but i was driving la...enjoying ur Puig windscreen so far? tried with about 160+km/h...not bad i must say..minimum wind resistance..we should meet up sometime man...mainstand can still wait..now outfitting my bike for roadtrips..gonna do up my foglamps and horns first.

Thx for the heads up. I've booked one for my Alps ride this June and is preparing a tank bag for the ride. Your info helps.

cheers
