Hey guys, I just installed new K&N filter in my VerS 3 mths ago.. however im starting to feel my bike sluggish again similar to before I started using the K&N. it shouldn't get so dirty or choked in such a short time right? or could it be due to my EO or any other factors?

Could it be because ur used to the power already?

or could it be that semi-syn eo gets sluggish rather quickly compared to full syn eo?

 

sorry bro i dun quite get u... initially after eo and fixing of the new knn filter i felt the diff in pickup.. now quite sluggish again...

Hi i have a brand new K&n air Filter for sale its ha 4098. going for 75 bucks. its brand new bought it recently but then sold off my super 4 so no use for it please call 93216933.price is fixed as its brand new.thanks.

Guys, my spec1 when running on low petrol like 1 bar and reserve, the bike will like at a point of time will have no power when i rev.. it only happen on low petrol.. could it be the air filter that is clogging up the flow?

Your petrol flowing into the carb is slower than the petrol burning in the pistons. Not air problem... Is the low petrol problem, insufficient pressure pushing the petrol into the carb...

So bro what must i do to rectify the prob? I just have the prob just now again until my friend need to kick the bike for me coz the bike loss power. Then exiting out of the pie down the slope i try to wack the bike then until vtec open the problem gone for awhile until i go refuel. Confused bike..

Try checking ur fuel filter inside the tank..

hi guys, i went to service my bike and at the same time ask the mechanic to wash my BMC air filter but he did not re-oil it before he put it back...i asked him why he didn't re-oil, he told me no need, claim without oil is better. Is it true?

Are u using scottoiler? Cos scottoiler uses the vacuum from your block i think. Maybe thats why u experiencing low pressure fuel issues

Nope.. i using knn airfilter.. if you guys running no petrol, do you suffer the same thing? Might be my petrol gauge faulty?

Of cos it is not good, the oil is used to attract and filter off those small particles from entering the combustion chamber.

You will soon find the need to service your carburetor within a few months time due to dirt.

 

That mech is just lazy to oil it.
