Can paintwork with cigarettes brand allowed

HI to all. i goin to change my bike paintwork but i dunno isit illegal to put any cigarette brAND ON IT because i heard some of my rider friends said that we are not allow and some said can.

It's not only about copyrights (cos I think the tobacco will be more than happy) but the advertisement act which forbids all forms of advertisements for tabacco related items. That's why u don't see any more big big Marlboro signs at coffeeshops liao. Even their delivery vans all have to remove the ads.
