i dont understand why u say safe parked location, for as long as its not your own private property like the public multi storey carpark is never safe.. my bike 2nd day footrest stolen -.- 120$ replace

You are obviously one of those who thinks the police is perfect. There are hundreds and probably thousands of crimes in Singapore which has remained unsolved till today. Open your eyes bro.

Lol, why not? my uncle's RVF got stolen in a shopping mall. He went in buy thing come out gone. cfm got ppl see water, once u went in the mall, lorry come, carry and bye. Got alarm also liddat.
