I am helping my fren to find ways to resolve this issue .

 

As my fren bought a bike from the bike shop with full payment.

He got a spare key for his bike, so when he return home he tried to On the bike with his spare key.

but the spare key cant turn on the bike and compare to the original key is totally different.

 

He call back to bike shop and ask the salesperson but he says he call the previous owner and the owner says when he bought the bike is already given this spare key but he din try it so he din notice it.

 

My fren is going down to the bike shop soon to solve the issue but he has no idea wat to do or ask from the bike shop.

i aso don noe wat to suggust to him.

 

So wat to u all think is better to resolve the issue ??

Usually for secondhand bikes only one key will be given. Only first hand bikes are given two original keys. Just duplicate another key. The working one of coz.
