Still depending which model u choose.

883 low or 883 iron?

Best is to go HDS to check it out, and test ride the bike u like.

Or can choose a 1200cc. Price also very close

Hi guys.. sorry to interrupt the conversation,

Seriously i dont know where to start.. Ok, any recommendation to which shop that sell 2nd hand sporsters? (Cause im eager to get one.. hee) And if i wanna buy from direct owner, which shop can provide me with a good loan with low interest?

is it expensive to own a sporsters and to maintain it? exclude customising..

You can try de xing motor for Harley loan.

As for maintain a Harley just the same as any class 2 bike.

Only the customising part is expensive.

Fyi. There is an sportster 883L on sale in the forum now. Maybe u can check it out.

Is there any shop that provide lower interest rate then De xing? yeah saw the sale ad.. but im still considering between 883, 1200 and 48.. haha.. dun now what to choose.. i read thru all the sporsters rider conversation.. seems like 1200 and 48 is the better deal.. on the side note any difference between 883L and 883 iron? iron looks more stylist thou..

if u plan to sell it after few years, 1200 will give u better price...else 883 is also good enough for daily commute...bike interest is typically at 5-8% i suppose, because of the low quantum amount...if u still have problem, then i will advise u not to put yourself into this bike...maintaining the bike is same as class 2 bike, but the temptation to do is even higher...and customization ain't cheap for harley...

Fila, I suggest u buy fr private sellers better. Can get a better price. Also u can test ride any models at Harley Davidson Singapore HDS as long as u got a class 2. Tmr HDS is having an open house. Best time to go see if got good deals. Also at 830am at ECP big splash carpark, there will be a convoy to a chocolate factory in tuas n ends at HDS for e open house. All bikes r welcome.

Here is e price list of Harley for 2013 n also e invite for e open house.

Seriously I would avoid De Xing if I could. Already don't hv good impression of them during my teens. But thought they would hv change over the years.. But hell no.. Better part your hard earned money who will be more appreciative of your business...

Hi Rampage, Tony is not bad but I wont say he is best.there r also alot of good mechanics around. It's juz a matter of quality of job done n who u r comfy wif.

U r new to e Harley scene, try a few mechanics see for urself who suits u best. I've tried all e recommended mechanics around n now is sticking to one for e last 8yrs. Cheers!
