Gilera Runner ST 200

Hi everyone, I would to share my problem here about my bike Gilera Runner. My bike is only 2 months old. And after my 1000km servicing, I changed my engine oil and a third party oil filter from a normal workshop. After riding for about 2000km problem start to arise on my bike. First is the starter motor not cranking, I send the bike back to our local agent Ai De Hua Pte Ltd and they repair it on that same day which i feel their service is good. But on the next day my bike breaks down again within 24hours, so i got to call them to tow it back. On the next day the agent called to inform me that my engine need to do overhaul. The agent say the damage is due to the third party oil filter not functioning. The damage had cause my top cylinder,crankshaft,gear,timing chain to break down. Now because of the oil filter the agent wants to void my warranty and I believe that it is a manufacturing fault. But they insist that the third party oil filter caused all the damage.Can anyone helps me to solve this problem? Thank-you.

bro i used to have a gilera. bought from bike production and been servicing at tai hin for over 5 years. no problem. u can try to go to that shop.

no overhaul and all these things...
