I changed from Metzeler Sportec M1 to Bridgestone BT014. Been using them for only 1 day. So still dunno good or not.... Changed at HKL for $330. The mechanic removed my old tire & washed my rims B4 putting in the new BT014. Then did balancing.... GD! :thumb:

But I thinkn price can be cheaper lah.... or is it good enough already? :help:

For 400cc with rim size 3' front & 4' rear the 2 choices i heard for the track

is 110/70 & 150/60 by Dunlop GPR70 & BT090.

As the above wear a little fast..$$$..I was think will a "semi soft" tyre

like Pirelli Sport Demon....size 110/70 & 140/70 be ok for a track newbie...

just trying to have some fun at PG .....say putting in about 60-70% of the

bike's potential. (on a S4 version S) ?

I drop by De xing motor last week & the mechanic was changing a punctured tyre of a VTR SP1 from a Battlax 020 to a Michelin Pilot Sport size 180/55-17. I asked the store-keeper how much did they charge for the rear tyre change only. He said,"$150/=. We clearing old stock. I almost :faint: ".

I asked him again,"Do u still have stock or not for it?". And he replied,"Sorry, no more". I almost
