it must be the clutch plate, cos i experience this b4.. its actually the rubber side of the clutch wore off, left the metal side rubbing each other.. the rubber is around 10 buck and the metal plate is around 15 bucks?.. full set i dont know how much.. hundred plus??.. $10 bucks for original mirror?? wah.. should go get le.. cos my mirror stolen left side.. now only got the right side.. gorgonitz82 can give me the left side?? since you getting one set...

 

 

anybody can bring me to scrap yard?? i need to get headlight box.. the plastic melt like madness with a big hole now.. can even put my whole hand through.. i need to get a cheap one, cos i ony got 90 bucks to spend next month..

 

500 ns pay - 260 installment -150 road shoulder saman (i didnt do it, but 3 times appealing didnt work) = 90 bucks le.. sianz.. anybody got part time job for me??

hey guys ask u all ar.. juz now riding back on sle den was going abt 130 to 140 for most parts of the journey.. after tat i clutch in den like the clutch like harder and the biting point run.. the biting point move up higher...not the first time le.. is it the clutch cable need 2 change?? i scare wait it'll snap... if need to change the clutch cable how much??

zzzz liao, at night wake up go toilet shun bian check and see if any new posts haha

 

oh also i didnt tell u last night, ur sp i suspect got slight decompression problem, cos for a 38 rear spocket the pickup is relatively weak at rpms below 6k. maybe next trip u might wanna check it out... probably that has got to do with the slight leaking of petrol that ah ang was trying to tell u. upz.

Thanks for the last reply... The SP plate I am getting is FQ.. The bike shop charges me for it for $4100(machine price). Is it worth it? However there is still SP of FS plate at the shop which he charges for about $4500. So I was wondering which SP should I get ... the one with FS or FQ plate? Both conditions are quite 'new' since the bikeshop 'restock' both bikes to original parts...

its bullshyt. sp prices arent that high anymore. it was not even this kinda price in 2003 when i got my first nsr150sp. get from another shop, this one is out to chop you. badly.

 

 

Slize: did you tighten the place where you adjust the clutch freeplay on the clutch lever? maybe you can just change the clutch cable too, its very cheap anyway.

the valve like nv open? and the sound like hollow hollow sound? must open alot of throttle then can move and valve open? if it is the case, check ur valve motor, see the cable loose anot, my case was that the valve cable at the block there the spring always stuck, thats why the cable loose and need to open throttle more to open valve..

i can get TWO FR-plate SP with $4500

 

(or a CB400 verS, which bert will be glad to hear)

lol silencer removed doesnt mean more fuel consumption ah, it provides less restriction resulting a slight increase in power. maybe u never pump your tank properly, if u haven hit reserve and is in red zone, u can pump 9+ litres then u can consider it near full tank..
