if i get 240-260 per full tank without reserve i will never complain ever again !!! lol. just went to agl to do tuning. hope this time everything is solved. still need to change spocket. should i just change the spocket or change everything ? my chain seems quite new still.

Thought of goin in today to finish up the things I wanna do on my bike..If you want I can follow you in..But I''ll be goin to lots of shops s O I won't be stayin put at one place..But after everythin finish I can meet you again at the makan place..

I read got quite a number of people here are "complaining" about their fuel consumption.. I was thinking that in the 1st place, why did u even get a sp? Wont a wave be more fuel economical if u all keep being so calculative about the fuel consumption? Yes u may say u wanna play, but on the other hand if u wanna play, why cant u pay that xtra bit of money to have "fun"?.

 

In this world its most likely a win-lose suituation, not a win-win one.

Agree with you partly..But you can make it a win-win situation..Guess it depends on how you view it..

yes i oso agree wif u... dunno how come pple like to bother about tat extra 30-50km of mileage more... if ur getting about 90km full tank then tat one i really nothing to say..

i beg to differ man.. it's not complaining abt their fuel consumption.. of cuz we know tat SP has a higher FC but we can tune it in such a way tat we can cover maximum mileage w the minimum amt of petrol..

imagine fellow riders covering more than 300km w a full tank while u cover like 200km? in the long run, no1 will wish to b wasting tat kinda money.

if those who complain are those who go for power, then it's their own problem.. but there are some of them who when they got their bikes, had internal mod which causes the higher FC n they are pple who dun wanna play. we are juz trying to maximise our usage of money..

my FC is about 170-180 oso.. but i dun really bother lor.. bcos i think it's bcos i always caught a morning jam at Ubi area..

 

FC very hard to determine.. there is a competition/challenge for car drivers to see who can use less fuel to reach Genting.. the winner said he maintain certain speed so tat he can cover long distance in minimun fuel.. dunno how slow he drive though, heard 60km or 80km???

 

hmm.. may b those rider whose FC is 200km above can share their tips on how far they normally travel.. wat fuel they pumped.. wat 2T they used etc. etc..

 

PS: seriously i really dunno how to achive FC 200km and above..

hmm for better fc..go for carb cleanin and a mech who know how to tune ur sp..last time min was 120 full tank..now 220+..can try XH or bikework..

 

anw haf a question here..when ur guys sp warm up and in average temp..pull choke and rpm idle will go down?

i tok pull choke, idle rpm should be going up...

pull choke will cause the idle rpm will go up. cos by pulling up the choke ur bike will consume my petrol. therefore rpm will go up.

but when already warmed up, when i pull the choke, it will die...

actually for FC, if u hear other pple their full tank can go 200km then if your one 150 or lesser then you sure buay song ma cos in singapore, money matters! haha every cent counts lehz. Mine sometimes up, sometimes down, i think it really depends on how u ride ur bike. People who ride on expressway mostly and those ride on small roads will have the difference liao. I guess high speed and low speed also make a difference right? I think average for sp should be 180km
