compfused, thanks for the input... is Xing Hock specialised in SP? cos heard from my frends that most shops at JB dun really know abt SP and that they treat it as TZM or KR when servicing the bike.. hmm...

don say specialise or not specialised in sp. cannot expect to get ur bike at tip top performance with only 1 or 2 or even 3 times of modification/tuning. most riders tat go to xhm knows tat there's a tzm left by the owner there for 1/2 a year to tune. but the outcome was gd, won ah boy's fully modified kr by 4 lamp posts. PS: this tzm using stock end-can and footrests. maybe u can try power tuning then slowly to port ur block and carb. even porting couldnt be done once, cos the sprockets size might not be best for this carb setting then u have to port bigger to get even faster then change sprockets and stuffs. ;-)

ur servicing nv include de-carbonising of pipe ?

just beware of eddie,cos he likes to say ur valve still got open, no need service yet, just change engine oil and spark plug can le.

dont compare abt the price yet, maybe u shld try servicing at xhm 1 time then u see which shop is better. cos prices , after u get along well with the mechanics after visiting for a few times, prices will fall bit by bit. so for posting so many, just feeling bored at home. haha

also.. any comments on Pennzoil 2 Cycle EO?

previous owner gave it to me.. poured the whole bottle in since was running low on eo already.. if its bad than i'll go buy castol and change it..

on a side note.. my previous batt was 12.3.. started engine, on headlights.. sometimes engine will die, most of times headlights and meter lights will flicker

 

currently use 12.5.. everything resolved... make that much difference?

there are some old bird used to frequent ah hao shop for servicing etc. i went there to do a few times, ah hao skills is commendable but his other mechs suck. anyway he also will carrot newbie, just like xhm or khm or any other shop along that same row and every other shop u can find in singapore.

Your EO runnin low? WTF?! Ahaha..I think you meant 2T la..EO how to run low? Unless your engine cover leak then as you ride you'll leave a slippery patch on the road..And very dangerous for you and other road users..

i really dun think we can compare TZM with SP or KR.. many knows TZM r the fatest 150 among 3.. may b only aprilia can win over TZM.. i am talking everything stock though...

rm400 is about $200 or less.. no major parts changed.. so price not really high too..

 

u should take note of wat changed.. so next time, other ppl asked u changed.. u shud know how to answer them liao..

Aprilia? Think Aprilias can win on the corners..Not so much on straights..Ever heard of Panther? Think that the bike is more powderful..Ahaha..

u probably can ask for breakdown of wat u pay for.. then we can know if they overcharged u at any minor parts..

 

got one SP rider changed gasket cost $60.. :giddy:

talking about tat.. i remembered once almost "buang" my SP while cutting in and out during heavy traffic time around Seragoon area..

 

dunno bcos SP bike, or the Battlax tire... or wat.. i do 90 degree zik zak and almost buang when i back tyre like "stuck" like tat..

Wow 90 degree zigzag..Feerce..Even cars cannpt do 90 degree zigzag..Unless the wheels can twist 90 degrees or more la..Ahaha..You SP wheels can twist 90 degrees? Think maybe you accidentally step on rear brake or drop gear so yur rer suddenly like "stuck"..

hmm... than does XH sells battery? cos my battery very low already, must on high beam than one side of my headlight can on ahaha. anyway, does battery low affects alot on the bike performance or just abit? also do they sell Curbettor Air Hose? my previous mech said that my previous owner for some reason used a Kawasaki Air Hose so cannot tune my bike properly... so im wondering if i can buy these two from XH so no need to so troublesome go everywhere and buy the stuff.
