hey guys,

 

Anyone had ever experience that ur RPM reaches only 8000 rpm where usually it can reach 10 000 rpm during normal ride .. It seems that, the problem comes on and off. ..

 

Normally I can wack my bike to it's top speed @ 11 000 rpm and I noe tt's normal. But got a few time, when I start my bike (n also allowing warm up time), when I try to wach, it seems to stuck @ 7-8000 rpm and had that low pitch engine sound, sounded like exhaust being capped with soemthing .. But I checked !! Exhust from belly tiill end-can is empty !!! anywy I already open up ...

Think you need to ride around to really warm up the bike..Get ample petrol in the carbs/piston/block..

think it's easier if you go ah boy and buy. rather than have to meet the person at a specific time to buy the mirror from him..

correction.... flykite is not a sp rider and has not been for quite some time already. he is part of the SUPER group now.

i know of an uncle born in the 60s ride a sp

with fully tong pipe

he doesnt dare to rev high.

and change gear at 3-5k rpm!

actually i dont know why i allowed myself to be psychoed to get a SP last time.

i thought it looked nice, but that was just about it. and sp is quite crap.

 

fyi, i dont really like the s4 that much. although it is very good for city road riding it's lacking in the manuverability of the wave and it's not as powerful as i had thought it was.

I'm looking for a fellow NSR khaki to ride to Thailand in mid April during the Songkran water festival. Cause I'm upgrading in April, its a last long trip i would like to make on my bike before i eventually sell it. Sad la, so its like a farewell trip to my bike like that.. So far, me only rode up to Melecca in convoy before. So looking for a riding khaki, same bike easier to maintain speed together, cover each other backside to thailand and back. Stick together at all times. Anything happen got buddy to help, cause Sp not known to go that far, and siong for rider also. If leave at say 6am estimate can reach in the evening going at about 120 average. My top speed only 150, NSRR, so cannot whack to hard to last there. Topo in thailand i intend to try map and follow a tutu car (their cab) if horlan. My riding team, Team Hornets is there, so i thought of going there to find them. Prob a weekend thing. Ride there on Friday morning, come back Sunday. Anyone keen to do some planning with me and ride up please sms zhehong 97624492.

i would be interested if i can get my bike back by then. but it's highly impossible.
