hi..

 

my exhaust pipe end can(the black exhaust tip) keeps poping out hanging. argh

i think the previous rider fall b4 and made it pop-out

 

it was kind of mended by welding a small nut on the end can and screwed from out side to hold the end can in.

 

but i have a problem.. due to constant vibrations.. the welding between the nut and end can always breaks off.. 3 or 4 times liaoz.

very unsightly to see my exhaust like this

 

i tried applying epoxy to the end can and gluing the nut area.. didnt work

 

can anyone tell me wad i should do ?

buy a new end can... think abt 40-50 bucks.. save u all the hassel

or u can look for end can at garage sale in this forum... see ppl selling about $25 some time ago..

bring your endcan to a bike shop and they'll fix it for you. sometimes you can't DIY everything..

pennzoil are meant for boats. boats are heavy duty machines. heavy duty machines usually use lowest grade of fuel oil, lube oil as wad i have learnt in sch. therefore, i dun use penzoil for my sp. r2 is gd, but smokey. esso gold, has a pic of krr, i dun like. haha..

 

chander vr: garage sales plenty to choose from. u got full cash? else no point looking at private deals.

actually, they are used for outboard motors (which are strokers) for smaller boats (speedboats etc etc). not on the bigger onboard motors.

 

yah they are not as good as some of the fully syns in the market, but for that kinda price, its a good bargain since its good to use. as long as you dont keep the bike on very high rpms for prolonged periods of time, its more than enough for almost all the guys here.

pinko: its a personal preference! some like pennzoil, some dun. perfectly all right to use pennzoil on sp.

In emergencies, I have to lift up my toes to step on the rear brake pedal. Any comments guys?

change to KR racing footrest la.. the brake pump straighter.. so the part where u press can go lower.. HAHA
