hi guys.

 

my bike starting that time, dont know is no batt or what la, neutral light cant even see. when i off the headlight, then can see a LITTLE bit.

 

then sometimes when i signal, low rpm is ok, but if throttle to higher rpms, the signal light goes off. tried it stationary as well. stationary will have signal light, when throttle, no more.

 

these have been occuring to my bike on and off. sometimes works fine sometimes problem comes back.

 

any idea what causes it or is anything wrong with it?

there are a few possibilities but i cant guarantee which is it....

 

1) maybe ur battery is low ( $30 if u change )

 

2)maybe it is ur rectifier having problems ( $70-$80 if u change )

 

3) ur wiring or socket maybe "sot" already (maybe $10-$20)

 

this is what i think, if wrong can someone correct me?

battery is 30-45 depend u put big or small 1 loh.

 

sanseiu: Ur batt is weak maybe lah, cuz i also kena the same problem b4.

 

 

I heard that Sp alway got tis problem (If wrong can correct me) Head light on very hard to start, True anot ah??

recently my bike facing similar problems like winson. certain rpm like choke choke, very bek chek, tot goin agl to decarb and full service. some of u guys just went in last night is it? next time anybody else goin in can jio and bring me along also. dunnoe where and dun dare to go alone also

which corners can you really play in SG that can really prove whose the faster rider?

 

99 bends only 1 narrow lane.

 

devils bend's too dirty and badly lit.

 

now ask yourself, how many straight roads are there in both SG and JB?

 

maybe one day can test bike in JB, then see if you'll get motivated to mod. haha!

sh*t man yesterday! Suddenly along CTE my idling speed stuck at 4K rpm cannot go dwn even though i clutch in or at neutral then see my temperature gauge suddenly rise to hlf!!! After a while my bike suddenly die off and i tot siao liao piston jam but heng manage to start again. After i start again my valve cannot open at 6k rpm and my engine very rough then suddenly hear a burst sound and damit 1 tube burst and i duno what tube is that. Itz beside the stand connected to the engine one. I check again and i saw another tube coming out elsewhere and that tube got petrol smell one. Dam suay sia...although still can start and ride but i din coz i duno wat the hell is wrong and just rode it to the bikeshop and left it there...waiting for my mechanic to start work and check for me...basket...Bought the bike frm Albert Motors at Bukit Merah Lane and this is the sh*t i get....

when did u get ur sp from them? i also got my sp from albert. their service super slow. always need to stand there then they get the job done. last time i buang my bike then asked me 800 for repairs plus get the fairings all done. den i say do all minus the fairing and price drop tp 250. wat sia?

some more give my bike back all screws different colour and different type. so far nvr go there again unless pay installments.

now looking around to find better place to service my sp. anyone noes where? with good service, good value for money.. and especially good and friendly mechs....

every shop is the same.

 

you don't expect them to do a full overhaul for you before selling you a 6 years old 2-stroke bike that's prone to all sorts of problem if you don't maintain it properly.

 

it's up to your luck whether you get a bike with a trouble-free or falling-apart engine.

 

if it's falling apart, do it up. and maintain it for period you're planning to ride it. stock SP isn't hard to maintain. do your normal servicing, use reasonably good 2t and it should be good enough. but like i said, it's an old bike, so parts will tend to have wear and tear. thankfully SP parts are VERY cheap as compared to other bikes.

ever since my skid last week, i can feel that my bike wobbles each time i brake, and it's coming from the rear.

 

am changin tyres this week, but i'm still not sure what is causing the wobbling effect, anyone has any idea?

Ya...i bought my bike and they got the painting for the fairing wrong! Nvm...then suddenly pop out a $300 agreement fee for the bike and then until now they still haven't transfer the bike to my name...super pissed with them. Not going back there anymore unless to complain about the bike nia...
