ultimately, the rider plays a more important part rather than the bike.

 

first time i ever heard that 428's easy to spoil.

 

so many up coming lacers dishing out advice.. think the old birds can retire alr. :D

Will pass la..They don't check your speedo also..Light must be bright for both low and high beam..Not too much smoke..Signal lights working..Alignment straight..Front and rear brake..Number plate screwed in..Pretty much everythin..Sometimes they check horn also..Sound must be audible that's all..And your tyres also..Must still got alot of thread available..

thx compfused. inspection passed today. 1st time goin in for such tests. the counter auntie din even bother to see my insurance validity when extending my road tax.. best!

 

o.o i also skidded once on bt39 on a rainning day.. speed ard 50-70km/hr wif pillion , jus a normal bend into expressway , skidded on white arrows too..

 

my one n only skid (i hope) so far happened in the rain too.. when i went into the road shoulder along AYE to seek shelter.. skided at ard 50km/h while crossing over the continuous white line. msg for all: do be extra careful on painted markings. do not or minimal brake / accel.

yeap, 0% skid rate (paint marker not included)

....cornered on dry road, on wet rd, on heavy rain, tested..bt39 is a great tyre...

of course, dont corner on the paint marker..

yeah.. u use 200 dollars tyres raining also will skid.. lan lan... heard pgm4 got wet weather mode one the card... hmmm... too bad.. sp doesn't... :cheeky:

hey.. i heard from some one that sp should use BT090 but nt BT39.. cos Bt39 undersize leh... then 090 is better for cornering leh.. tis is wat i heard about la.. jus letting u all know.. sorry if i say anything wrong... maybe ur may try using bt090...

 

btw.. 428 hub plus DID heavy duty chain is about 230 l..i changing this afternoon.. cos my stock sp sprocket left one screw to support the whole process while i ride..
