If faulty water pump or cooling system spoil can repair ma or must change ? Roughly how much also ?

 

Den I alr pour mineral water in liao leis. How ar lidat?

 

And why isit dat u go low speed the temp will shoot up?

Not high speed den will hotter mehs ?

 

If spoil then haf to change lor... but bro dun worry too much. Half temp is still considered ok. Usually if cooling system problem temp will shoot to full. When u get to ride the bike for a longer distance then can tell if the cooling system really got prob or nt. for nw dun worry too much.

 

As for the mineral water, im personally nt too sure of the effects of mineral water. I guess shud be ok la but if u wana play safe then flush the coolant ah.

 

low speed = low gear

low gear = more power

more power = overheat faster

thats y traffic jam or at traffic light mus off engine. esp fireblade and rvf always got overheat prob de

 

Erm i think it has more to do with less air flow thru the radiator due to the low speed, thus less heat is dissipated frm the coolant. so average temp will be higher than if the bike was moving fast.

 

And lastly to those who are awaiting tp. Ive learned the hard way that thinking too much abt it will cause u to be overly nervous and make stupid mistakes. Took car tp 3 times. First time i even brought along P plate end up fail. Lol. And the dissapointment after hoping so much is juz crushing. Juz take things slowly with a "fail nevermind take again" mentality it will help alot. Passed bike on the first time coz i wasnt in an urgent need for the license and didnt reai care if i passed or failed so wasnt nervous at all during test

Coolant wont rust. will just turn milky.

take note topping up of coolant is at the radiator not the reserve tank under the rider seat
