some people have bad opinions on HKL but i've never got my bike serviced there before. the boss (ah bee) is pretty friendly though, he entertained me when i was sourcing for my wheels even though his shop didn't have that particular model. its all depends on luck and affinity if you are looking for the perfect shop.

hi sp riders.....

got an important questions to ask...

see whether anyone who can help me...

i currently riding sp and find that my bike has no power after riding for twenty mins or so.... like something stopping my bike from moving.....

when that happens, the whole bike temp shoots up and the rear disc brake becomes very hot... there will also have a strong burning smell.....

it goes to only 80km/hr at full thorottle.....

there was an incident where the bike stopped in the mid of down slope where i was trying to free wheeling at netural gear where no brakes are applied....

hopefully someone can solve this major problem for me......

woohoo why so many SP got this prob?

send to mech immediately, for me its brake pump problem...some pple just other probs eg spring spoil....faster see e bike doctor! ur life's at risk

yup. check ur brakes, did u change them recently? see whether ur brake pads are too thick n rubbing against ur wheel and whether ur brake pump is spoilt...

i dunt think its a brake problem ...as u can see...he could use his brakes normally B4 the temp shoots ups.....its only when it shoots up the bike jams ( i think thats what he said)

 

prolly a coolant problem ..i might be wrong ...cause wat i think is...ur pistons are so overheated and thus expand more than the chamber itself...cause ur temporary jam ...

prolly check ur pistons rings as well

yes yes yes lets all get some servicing done at ah gua lane too. just curious, why is it called 'ah gua lane' ? i don't see any shemales there @_@

 

 

was riding near interchange today when silver honda civic (p plate) braked hard in front and stared at me from his rear mirror, shot off to 120km/hr+ when lights turned green. o_O what's his point? queer....
