i remembered last yr i also got an incident, the passenger and taxi driver F me back, i shouted back y they nv use horn then both keep quiet, the passenger also ah beng hate bikers type of person, dunno anything still help taxi driver F me, kns, the taxi's fault still yaya, think i first day ride bike only:mad:

yea. i was there this noon till evening.

saw the parts by parts going onto the bike. and the fork coming out to be pressed. and yes, no. plate is there already.

heard about the buang from the mech, then i remembered the no, plate. came back and saw your nick and bike no. so i assume it's you liao.

wah, i confused man. It's at the bikeworkz. Plate no. 3digits. Cause my fren havent go take the new front numberplate. hmmm?! no bubble right?

imagine, at this point my bike was in good working condition, inside no prob, exterior was 100%, new paintwork everything, supposed pass to buyer next day, den went rounding 1 last time b4 selling, end up buang til lykdat -.-
the meter got hole cuz it smashed into my handle bar
n den a couple days later was my class2A Tp -.-

hope u feel slightly better, at least not so suay as me :/
i had to replace the whole front, new meter, e metal frame (lampstay?) new saitou & right side ferring, + new mud guard, new headlights, speedo cable, den had to respray the ferrings also

tat was the old days when we gather at dam for one or two weeks everyday?

wahahaha sorry forgot to include it was a minor road, i was from the tong seng food court (bugis there) then i wanna make a right turn (NLB) there, & that side so many ppl jaywalking mah that explains the speed. & also just pass so scared wanna go fast2. hahaha. if expressway, 1st lane, 10km/hr, for sure TP come n saman me for road hogging. wahaha.

and dont worry. they wont chop you.

But they see me new sure chop me. cause that time was my friend nego with him. then got a price le. but nv ask to do bubble and numberplate. only metercase and fork. Cause saitao and footrest they wanna chop me. almost triplet or more the pricing i bought.

Please la! THey won't chop you if u r new... Trust me! Cuz lw bike is done at thr. And i find it reasonable for the price also. Might as well let them do everything. Save all ur problem and hassle! No nid to scare this and that~ So worry much!

Ur bike the most do up is less den $300. So no worry! Take it as a first time lesson! There is alot things for u to learnt! So just spend the money...

they should have came to a conclusopm after tt time for what to fix and how much.

if they fix anything extra, you dont pay.

Oh, so i just refuse to pay for the extra thing? just tell them if they don't want remove then their prob?. Now i only scare if i like that say they chop me at workmanship. cause my saitao and mudguard and footrest got it from frens.

u should have told them clearly wat u wanna change. but IMO, change everything at the same shop easier, no need hunt here hunt there. shrugs.

Compression (Fork) : $80... Dun forget that u got the 3 point holding for fork also. That wan hope nv bend in! If mis-align sure ex...

Meter-case: If i remember correctly, meter case dun sell separately. Must change the whole meter. Second hand, shld cost less den $100. Let take it as $80 ba.

Headlight (original) : Around $60 - $80

Head Fairing : Original ($60), chiong ($50)

Head fairing / lamp holder: Around $30...

Clutch and brake lever : abt $12 per pair.

mud guard: Around $30

Handle bar: Unknown??

Balancer: less den $12

Signal light: ??

Brake disk: $65 (If kena wrap lor)

The signal switch: around $30

Number Plate: less than $10

Mirror: less den $10

This is the est. of damage in the picture u show!!! Might be lesser or more thing to add up!

hahah lesson learnt, stay far away from taxis, nb!

i hate taxis

I dun particularly hate taxis, but I think of them as loansharks ...

Since I began riding I never had any near-misses or collisions with taxis - dun think it's cos I'm lucky, but each time I see one I expect it to either swerve out and pick up a passenger or suddenly switch directions.

What I really can't stand are the Honda Fit's, Jazz's and Suzuki "SWISS PORK" (Swift Sport) ... I dunno if these cars have a lot of blind spots or what, but the idiot behind the wheel will always turn out without signalling or checking

Remember Supera posting something in the MINDEF eForums regarding mirrors or blindspots or something, but seriously I dunno where the heck are the blind spots of such "toaster cars". Do they really have so many blind spots, or are the drivers just too lazy to check?
