Honda NSR150SP Riders

Please lah... people racing RXZ in the 2 Stroke Modified up to 150cc series at Tuas.

RXZ transport bike can race at Tuas without modifications to the frame... SP which is a track ready bike, cannot?

Tuas track is a very technical track. It tests the rider riding and machine handling skills. Its always about the rider... not the machine coz people ever take KTM 650 Superduke and try before and still ride damn fast.

but considering the handling of rxz n cubkias to the sportsbikes of 2b..

their handling is way much easier.

but i believe sp also can..

i will be diplomatic here, some will say though what u pay for the ring is high , but the service is good, and the mech help to check other things too.

or u can say , there are places in jb that service yr bike for a better and cheaper rate then what u pay in singapore

so it is still up to u to believe or try .

my onli words of caution is not towards bike shop but towards the danger in jb ,

kana rob ,bike stolen.. etc etc

and worse of all after doing yr bike up and heading home , u need to give "coffee" money

Yup ... Now they camp at the customs kiosk after the chop passport counters - catching modified exhaust, folded/no mirrors, unstrapped helmet, open fairing and what-not ...

Tuas track is open to sports bikes up to 150cc, this Saturday (29 Aug) night from 7 PM to midnight.

No leather suit required but at least wear a padded jacket, jeans, boots, gloves and a full face helmet for your own protection.

Five hours of track fun for only $30

Hey guys i'm new to SP, i drop my bike in the carpark. stationary fall, and the right fairing got some cracks and scatchs. anyone know of any SP putting a slider or perharps D.I.Y for cracked fairing?

Not shoot him lah... just stating a fact to him. I friendly one.

Dunno why alot of people think must mod bike first then can go track. Ride on track first, see can handle the corners first.. if can ride fast then mod the bike to suit your riding style to go even faster. Stock tyres can easily handle the track.. just need to know what tyre pressures to use and set the suspension.

Some bikes go in looking like race bikes but ride like dunno what. Some bikes go in stock and faster than all the racer lookalike bikes.

In the end... its the rider... looks don't mean a thing.

Just for your reference... the highest speeds that can be reached is about 110 KMH on the front straight before Turn 1 and up to 105 KMH from Turn 1 to Turn 2. Between Turns 2 and 3 it is possible to hit 95 KMH. The average speed for a fast lap of Tuas is done at about 77 KMH. Kup cais can do 44 secs a lap.
