hi guys, my bike its okay, but after i wash Carburettor and it had its problem, when i switch to gear 1 sometime the engine went dead.any1 wat is the prob?

same problem leh. went gear1 instant dead. have to rev it to prevent that

hey men and women of SP forum, anyone knows how to self tweak SP to make the idling rev higher? mine super low...and if i turn on headlights or brake lights, the bike will just turn off itself. suspecting its battery power or smth. advices?

Try to adjust the clutch biting point.. See will it help...

my even power.if never warm up bike i on the head light.when stopping press brake it will stall if the rpm went down.then batt like flat.any want have any idea?but i have change the batt like 1 month again.and the thing to charge the batt also change so what is the cause of the problem?

Evening people...

 

Can someone solve for this problem.

I kickstart the bike. Engine running. Fuel ok, 2T ok. Fuel on.

Ride few km (Hougang to Bedok), then the bike dies off.

Then try to kickstart back but the engine dies back.

Kickstart few times backfire few times. In 3 mins kickstarting all the way, 5 backfires produce.

Try jumpstart from uphill to downhill + 2 men pushing.

Engine run, then throttle up, the engine doesnt want to rev further more then dies.

 

The only thing that can be solved is changing new or dry/wipe the spark plug.

 

Does riding slow causes this?

 

Whats' the cause of the problem? Speak plug? Carburettor?

It's a scrambler bike. WR200.

abit sounds like the time when my cdi spoilt.. backfire for free.. lol..

 

haha ur cdi finally spoil le ar....

 

I possible explaination is the mixture in ur cylinders is too rich.. due to maybe Aftermarket Carburettor/Oversized Jet kits.

 

haha probably i hope not all bikes with the same systoms is cdi spoil

sian my rear left light just noticed its gone... time to change again before inspection this month :dozed:

Are there any slipper clutch or dry clutch system available for SP? Another question....anyone knows where to get Y-shaped 5-spoke Light Alloy rims for SP? The rims are seen on dukes and motogp 125cc. I wanna try changing to these items. Please help...Thanks.

Anyone knows where to get nice standard metal footrest/ rearsets for SP? My current one is pretty worn out and would like to change to something more durable.

I'm a smoker, by that i mean two stroker, someday I'd like to burn clean, but for now that power band is my nicotine.

Most likely ur piston rings fried or ur piston seized liao.. better go check out before it jams.. i kena before

hello brothers of sp riders need advice on my sp..

 

today went ride normal pump full tank then move out stop at traffic then suddenly i cannot move off though its 1st gear...its like neutral like that but i check no neutral light le

 

i had to rev abit more roll the bike foward kick to 2nd gear then can move...

 

stop the bike at nearby carpark start engine kick 1st gear suddenly can move..ride around play all gear tot ok already..then when i move off from a stop traffic then still same prob ! :(

 

intermittent i would say..whats the prob?i juz overhauled one month ago.

maybe ur gear knob below nv engage properly..

try kicking down fully, den kick up again to neutral.. or

kick up gear 2, den down again..

when u change gears, dun pull in clutch fully, do is 3/4 , or abit further away from biting point...

 

anyway, where u overhauled ur bike?

did u run in ur bike?

at unique..so far so good until only today then this prob surface...yes i did..90% complete already..

 

i'll take note of your advice..thankz bro..but could it be the eo also?maybe its time to change even if its not 100% complete ?
