Just now was travelling a bit too fast.

Then green light change to amber, I braked. Bike started to skid a little so I release brakes.

But by then not enough stopping distance liao I sped up and dashed passed the red light.

Heng the cars turning got see me coming.

 

So upset now. =(

Dont worry. Just be more careful next time. First few days dont play so much wait cannot brake. Lucky you never slide or worst. Anticipate next time. Never hurts to go slower.

be happy that you didnt meet an accident and there was hopefully no red light camera....

but use for 6 months le now become black.

wanna clean it with petrol then lube back to give it its shine.

im not sure about the exact price though.

from 135-145 if im not wrong.

yeah!! I once ride my SP on PIE... lane splitting between lane 1 and lane 2 until a car eat into my lane.. Can't brake in time and I swerve to the my right and skid...

 

Lucky the car behind me on lane 1 stop in time or I won't be here.

so lets say to and fro , 100km

also abt 2 days need to pump le, the good thing is since u at tuas le can go in pump liao lo

Hmm.. then should be the same liao. Every 2 days need to pump. Pretty sian. My 2t need to top up like once every 2mths.

 

Scrap ah... Wah... Heart pain leh. Thou been only wif my bike for 1 yr. I just simply like SP. Looks sporty enough.

 

If let say scrap my SP... Then buy another buy.. also ex. Need at leasst 4 - 5 k. Somemore COE sure less than 10yrs.

 

Am considering R5 thou.

a lot of white smoke: 2 stroke bike burning 2t, its part of owning a 2 stroke bike... if its too smokey it could be your 2t setting too high or need to service pipe (decarbonize and repack cotton)

 

RPM must be above 5k RPM: sp is built like that, valve only opens above 6k RPM, anything below and its only half open, leading to the going to die sound.... rev hard and the bike will reward you will better pick up, top speed and also higher fuel consumption....

Yesterday I bought tank pad on eBay but then I discovered the tank already got 2 very small chip liao due to my jacket zip.

 

Anyone knows how to mend the small paint chip? DIY shop got sell those paint makers for car. Anyone tried before?

Talking about lane splitting. It's my favourite routine. Eversince I got licence, I been riding along the lane. Really save me a lot of time. Lucky for me, I never met any accident due to lane split. Only 1 near accident. An taxi suddenly cut in, and there's vehicle on my right. I could only brake and look straight. Heng heng the taxi pull back in. And I cut into the small gap btw the taxi and the vehicle right beside me. Then I raised my finger and yelled **** u.

 

Anyway. I still dont really know if TP will stop you for lane splitting a not.

Sounds like fun. Wldnt mind to join in. Eversince I got my bike like in yr 2010 Jan, I only went for 1 rounding with another guy in this forum. LoL.

 

Maybe can go rounding and then go makan good food.

No point being upset since its alr history.

Next time use the pesdestrain light as a guide lo.

 

If you ride towards traffic, and u see tat the green man is alr gone.. Then you should be prepared to slow down liao.

 

No matter what, never ever ever speed across red light after you delay. Especially in your case where you already hesitated. Cos by the time you speed back up, turning vehicles are already on the move liao. Best thing is still brake, bt not tat hard. The most your bike only enter the box a bit more. Then you reverse back. Rather than you play with your life and risk it.
