guys i got some questions regarding my battery. when i am at neutral and i on my signal light, the orange light nv flicker and my nutral light like dimming like that. when i rev then the signal light start to flicker again. does this mean is batt must change le?

 

 

so if i change dry cell. do i need to charge to use then when batt weak le then charge again to use again?

 

wet cells must just top up the water right. but when do i know when to top up the water?when batt weak le?

 

i need some info on batt. still don understand how the dry and wet batt works. cause if batt can be recharged then how u know when the batt really is weak despite charging and needs to be change.

no choice lor....1st time accident consider lucky liao since the driver will pay some...nxt time nt so easy liao...juz heart pain for my bike when i saw it lying on the road...hai....

lata goin to collect it,think paint job will done some other time...btw wana ask is cuz mine is the virgin mobile design so the mech tell me will cost ard $180,izzit this ex? any idea if respray whole bike hw much? or maybe gt other shop charging cheaper?

neutral dim liao, rev then it becomes brighter...get ur mech to check e batt water level...if batt water at correct level means ur batt reaching e end of its life span soon...another case is u sometimes got to rev e throttle in order for e horn to sound

 

i've heard tt dry cells need to be charged first too..but when e mech change for me he juz fix it striaght after takin out from box..so far close to a yr no prob...also heard tt dry cells can use close to 2 yrs b4 discarding..

isnt it 10k rpm

since bgoy say that the water level of the wet battery if at the correct level has this problem , it means the batt must change le but how abt dry cells. if problem still persists is it must go shop charge or change batt?

how old is ur dry cell...think u most prob dunno right

juz go to shop and charge first lor, usually around 2 bucks only for 1 hr of charging

do tt while u r doing ur normal servicing lor..

I think u try changin a new dry cell see how lor.. cos i also face this prom before.. after changed the dry cell ok le..

should be

yr bike will auto charge up the battery when it's moving

initially when u 1st get the battery...usually the shop will charge for u for awhile

subsequently after u installed the battery onto yr bike and yr bike moves...the battery will continue charging lor

 

the perfect ideal method will actually be charge the battery to full before usage...but i guess not many shops will do this

u must check yr battery water level regularly

if there's no voltmeter installed on yr bike....it's really quite difficult to detect low voltage frm the battery

by the time the lights all that start to dim...the battery already 1/2 gone already

when battery weak already...how u charge also cant charge as fully as before already

i get the cheapest possible batt for my bike...

 

afterall it doesnt affect ur performance rite?

 

so far so gd for me...

 

btw i gt a wet cell...

 

hearsay dry cell last longer... but nvm la...atmost change again after 1 year lor... nt too ex aniwae...

In the link it says SP has a maximum of 35hp @ 10,500rpm

 

BUT

 

later on it says top HP is 39.5??? Lol...
