Does anyone knows the clutch, what do we need to do for Maintenence? Is there anything to take note of?

onli can answer 1 and 3 > speedo cable less than 10 ,

normal bulb less than 3 ,

 

but going LAB there to change ... oh well ..

 

Well I just wanna get the speedo cable and bulb. I can change the speedo cable and bulb on my own.

 

Btw, our headlight bulb is rated at 30W right? At least that's what the manual says.

i onli know what the clutch is for .. as for maintenace , have to ask lao jiao to answer .. my bike jus remove p plate

Clutch have to look out for clutch plate wear, clutch cable lubricated. Things like clutch springs are unlikely to wear out that fast.

 

For bulb some use abit higher rating so it be brighter but headlight case might melt if it's non-stock.

of course the one that can be lubricated. Otherwise the friction can cause pain!

There is no clutch reservoir for this bike as its not hydraulic.

 

To lub you can pull the lever and see the exposed cable and the opening. Slowly drip oil on it and pull release pull release to let it go down the cable. Alternatively you can remove the whole able and slowly lub let gravity do its magc and put back.

Use what to lub? How frequent do we have to lub? Usually is it let the bike shop do it?

 

The cable roughly how long need to be replaced? Cos mine like a bit soft already when clutch in.
