Hey,

 

may i know where did you get your end can wrapping done?

 

i went to 219 to enquire about it but they said the end can will be too hot for the wrap to actually hold properly.

my mech done it for me from Project Motors . I'm not sure abt wat kind of material 219 is using but for my case this carbon wrapping actually hold on quite will . it has been a yr or so . stil holding on strong

Guys,

 

PLS HELP BECAUSE i changed my batt like 4-5 times within a year.

 

Recently changed few weeks back because battery flat already. Problem solved as i found out that its the wiring problem. Cut and join to the front instead.

 

BAttery weaken again and flat. Realised that the rectifier spoilt. Changed and problem solved.

 

Voltage measured 12+ when idling. more than 13 when it only hits more than 5rpm. i also noticed that the light indicator is bright only when i am moving my bike or cruising with rpm higher than 5. Other than that battery keep weaken whenever i press brake.

 

At the start when kick start, i turn on headlight(bright), signal(blinking), horn(loud), Press brake, everything is still smooth. after traveling like from bishan to cityhall. During the journey, engaging brakes and signal at the same time. The more i press, battery weaken (cant see light clearly on rpm and speed indicator), signal light not blinking, losing power as if the rectifier charge slower than it consumes when braking. What is the problem here?! pls help .. i dont have this problem until recently only... is it because of spark plug?

 

Another question is what is the fuse glass use for?

 

Any help will be very much appreciated.

I am not a pro in mechanic. may i know where is the coil located at? is the cable u referring to the batt and rectifier? if so, they should be working since there is a increase in voltage when reving.

 

However, i notice that losing power is due to when not even moving enough and switching on lights will also consume fast, and finally stall the engine

hongli, if you change chamber its best you do a setting tgt with it to increase ur hp. Your Current setting might not be suitable. Anyway chamber otr caught got fine one ah:) But still if you're interested in getting one tell me k! I got one tyga, ahm and one brandless one hahaaa.

If ur pipe is tong i dont think there will be a problem as the pipe not so hot. im also using those 3M carbon wrap. No issue and still holds firmly

hi bros out there. i came across "tong pipe" in the forums v often may i know what is this huh . my nsr150's exhaust pipe is very noisy with alot of "piak piak piak" sound. i compared to my friend's sp. his one sounds much more better. not that noisy . is mine "tong pipe " ?
