Trojan: Severe.exe Conime.exe

Hi all,

 

I am really desperate liao!

I kenna this virus but I cannot locate it at all using my viruscan.

It keeps running severe.exe or conime.exe

According to a forumer in hardwarezone, he says it's a trojan targetting @ QQ users.

What's QQ?

I cannot load msconfig neither can I load regedit.

Pls help.

Juz download AVG free to do the scan and remove the virus. Aftre that can uninstall it. And install with your choice of Anti-Virus.

Thanks. I deleted the infected files with my viruscan but end up the regedit and msconfig still couldn't load.

End up I formatted all my drives!

And now it worked.

 

All thanks to that stupid trojan that wanted to steal QQ msger user passwords!

haha do a scan every few days and anti spyware scan often.. I do a v.scan every day or 2 then twice or thrice a day (= sometimes can remove stuffs from friendster like what hitbox or wallpaper thingy..

QQ rampant with trojans...

Luckily the AVG free edition antivirus is able to catch them.

removed all QQ software from my com liao.
