Bike wobble with pillion rider

Yesterday I was sending a friend back home and I experienced quite bad wobbles everytime I moved off. It got better as I picked up speed but I could still the tendency to wobble left right. I have pillion-ed people before in the past and I've never experienced such serious wobbles before. I tested the bike this morning alone and the handling was ok. So I'm not sure why it was so unsteady with a pillion. Anyone has any idea? Tire pressure? What could it be?

Your pillion keep moving left and right... Ask him to stop moving when on the bike unless he wants to die...

If your pillion is heavy the suspension may be too soft for your combined weight.

Oh yes. I am riding RX-K. I told my pillion to don't anyhow move already He's about 60-70kg. Not that heavy leh.

Incorrect tire pressure for pillon.. Check your pressure you should be fine

Could be pillion sit way too far back.

Must also put into consideration the unevenness of the road... Experienced it myself too on my cbr400 with my gf as pillion...

send your bike for a total overhaul...

all bearings change...suspension change front and rear...

go back to school...now this time ask for special lesson...how to ride with a heavy pillion..

that should solve the problem..

if not..to stop wobble...place a counter weight on to the front wheel...ha ha..

 

seriously...your rear suspension is the problem..maybe you are not used to pillion.

Did you check the shock absorber? I did actually adjust mine wrongly before, with significant difference on both side.

First time pillion this friend? Pillion another person and you'll know is it your pillion move here and there le lor. I think your pillion sit leg spread eagle. want to air his balls or thinks its gay to kiap you. That time my friend also sit leg open big big. the bike sibei unstable la. If suspension got problem higher speed it gets worse. my 2cents.

Is it a male or female pillion? I suggest you change your pillion.
