Super 4 which model the most petrol saving?

 

Project Very Big Big Big One?

 

Version S?

-------> 400km before reserve, die off at traffic light then switch on the reserve...

 

Version R?

 

VTec I?

VTec II?

VTec III?

 

Looking for a Super4 for kata leh..

speed : 120-130km/h

rpm : 8k

time to take : 7hours

fuel : $49.50 (ringgit malaysia)

 

is that normal , because always heard ppl say full tank fuel

can ride for around 330km , do i need to service the cabr ?

u are going at a higher speed. tat why for the higher fuel comsumption

i riding at normal speed 90/km max, 1l can go 26km.

mine a vers..

this make my full tank can last around 380-400km.

but it realy power (spec 1) , no over heat , smooth , good accerelation .

actually i went back to hometown by it , all the way are ....... good ! good ! good !

full tank can travel abt 300-350km.

actually i think it depends on how full u fill the tank. my fren fill past the inner metal ring. i fill to juz below that inner ring.

i thought my cabr got problem , need to wash and service , coz $49.50 (ringgit malaysia) only can ride for 630km .

how litres of petrol u pump..and how many km u travel...

hvnt washed n tune carb since started ridin last yr...hope after tunning wil improve man...

currently riding a s4 vtec 1. Is there any way to keep track of your mileage per tank besides taking note of the total mileage when you 1st pump petrol and and the total mileage when you go pump petrol again and by doing the subtraction..anyone? and what is the capacity of the tank? my bike left 2 bars and I pump only 8-9 litres....

and also nid to ask you guys how you guys cross sharp humps that you can't avoid by going towards the edges...coz I tend to hit something when I go over....can feel that my bike below hit the hump.....is that the exhaust header ?

Hmm.... Go as slow as possible lor.... Or try bumpy course stunt...

me going VERY VERY slow liao....using gear 1 half clutch leh...still kanna leh.......haiz.....will spoilt the bike anot?

press the right button.......got 3 modes.....odometer (auto reset after 99999).....tripometer 1 n tripometer 2 (auto reset after 999)

 

use the tripometer 1 after u pump full.........press n hold on right button (below digital display)...it will reset to 0.........

after it hit reserve by the bars blinking on level road for more than 2 traffic stops..i use tripometer 1 .........super4 vtec tank is 18litres....3 for reserve....x20 = at least 60km range

 

normally mine will still show full after 120-140...thereafter the drop in bars faster...

main tank going for 310-340..

 

exhaust header ganna once only....at people park complex (not og) n i heavy guy...think u adjust the suspension clicks up 1 to 2 notch...i set at 4 after the hit

if go jb customs tat kind of mountain u scare.....just let ur front wheel go on top....use ur leg to support bike weight if u can then continue to half clutch forward until exhaust header n mid section is cleared

i tried going empty and roll to petrol station and managed to squeeze 18.9+ litres into my vtec1 tank (thats the max near to brim).

 

22+km/Litre on expressways at 90-100km/hr (6th gear)

19+km/Litre on urban riding (mostly on low gears)

 

all on vtec1

pump to the brim..

then roll the bike fro and back .

and u will see the petrol going down ...

then can ump in some more...

but till now max i try is 17++ liters

no balls to run it till dry

i also no idea y 18.9L so much (but our top part of the tank, width abit larger).. but i really squeezed to the brim, left round half inch from the tip.

 

i started riding round and round near a stretch of petrol kiosk near upp thomson after hitting 360km mileage, lucky manage to roll 500m to petrol kiosk on a slight downslope.

 

Funny thing is.. after going empty, i shake my tank still got petrol (or maybe is water liao), i think if i tilt my bike left side still can ride abit.

i tried pumping to the brim. n i still continue to pump. petrol still can flow lah, but does not overflow leh. is der an excess tube somewhere? if there is, where does the petrol flow to after that?

when crossing high hump mayb can dont go straight toward the hump but move a bit more to the side....hope u can get what i mean..haha
