Hi guys, would like to ask. Wat do u use to top up ur coolant? I noe cannot use tap water unless emergency. N how u exactly check the coolant level. Cant see clearly from the measuring gauge. Hw i see is by putting a rod in the reservoir to measure. Like checking eo like tat.

Errr i nver top up my coolant ever since i bought 5 mths ago. Hahaahz...previusly rode a 2t bike so coolant was nver n issue (air cooled)... Nw my take care of this coolant thingy.. Haahz

When my hands off the handle bar the steering will vibrate and lead to a "tank slap". Whats the reason?

Could few things. Front wheel bearing defects to the steering bearing. Maybe your fork faulty too

Thanks...but its brand new bike. Could it be simply turbulence caused by rear box?

Then you should check with ur dealer. It's must be under warranty. Mine was vibrating because of wheel bearings. After change it they it's all Ok

Not sure if it applies to everyone. U guys noe tat the fuel meter at times is not accurate. Wat i discovered last weekend is to fill ir bike absolutely full bout 5 inch bfore the brim when its near empty (ie the petrol sign light up). N the fuel meter is back to normal.

 

Not sure if applies to u guys.

I didn't get you bro ? You mean when petrol light is on the you fill in ?

Mine is always drop to one bar after the 4th bar . So the 2nd and 3rd bar sometime just passed . Already Bought new fuel meter sensor will wait for weekend to do it

Same case like u. But last weekend, i inadvertently ride till the low fuel warning light up. Den i pump full till near the brim. N the meter is back to normal. Previusly i will pump $20 whenever its left 1 bar( not absolutely empty). N it will not be absolutely full

 

Err.. Hope u understand my engrrishh..

Isn't it suppose to be normal when you have the fuel light on then you pump it the it's will be off . Gts 200 is having total 13.5 litre . When you at first bar I guess it's around 3.5-4 litre left. When it's blinking reserve it mean left only around 1.5 to 2 litre. Mine after full top up the bar all full black

Mudai, correct. But normally i dun ride till it blink. My day to day journey is on the eway across the island. So to be on the safer side i will pump when reach 1 bar. Dun want to risk till it blinking.

guys. i'm a 3 weeks old gts 200 rider. just to clarify this from you guys. when the fuel gauge is blinking, it means reserve? left with 1.5 to 2 litres of petrol? the mech from the shop i bought from said if it's blinking, left with around 500ml only. so now i'm confused. normally when it left with one bar on the gauge and i hit 360km on mileage, i will pump full.

usually reserve tank is 2-3 litres... i mean for most bikes with reserve light. 500ml is too little.

For me for sure is more that 1 litre. Because I ever running of gas. Full topup until the fuel intake is more that 13.5 litre
