Hi, just to share my experience of my service at Future Scootering last month.

I saw their website stating full servicing package for $165. So I went down and checked with them if it is $165 and they told me yes. After that the mechanic took out my clutch and told me it is not the original clutch, so I have to top $26 for the rollers. I was expecting my bill to be $165+$26 = $191. However, when I was going to pay, the bill was $201. They changed their words and told me the service package is $175 and not $175, so I argued with them and even show them the website; they told me the website was not updated. I refused to pay $201 and they finally settled for $191. Today, I checked the website and the price is still stated $165. So becareful when you head there for servicing guys...

Bro, what is included in the $165 servicing?

Breakdown

Belt and roller around $70

Eo $8 to $15

Gear oil $5

Spark plug $9

This only every 7000 km

 

Normally only need to change oil every 2000km

 

This parts cost.. gts 200 easy to DIY .. and Low cost to maintain

i am riding a GTS200, recently, I realise that the RPM is not stable, ranging from 1200 to 2000. moving up and down as if it will stalled. may I know what is the problem? please enlighten me. same kind of petrol, engine oil used.

i think is sittat in the center of little india in weld rd ,they sold only g. sym parts only.(going in by serangoon road only turn right, one way almost end of lane at the right ;i think 3rd ,4th or 5th lane after teckka & serangoon traffic junction.

I am a new biker and just bought a 2nd hand 5 year old GTS 200. Have been traveling recently and back found that my bike can't start. Probably due to bad battery issue. Any toll service I can use to get battery replaced? Which shop is recommended?

I think MAH may have what you asking. Most bike shops don't carry, but they can order in for you. Shipping timing may need 2 weeks.

Various reasons could be considered. Maybe the pin need to change; air filter could be dirty; etc. other GTS veterans could shed more light on this.

Kick start your bike should work. Most shops can replace battery.

 

If you travel often, try a portable battery jump starter kit if kick start becomes a problem.

My GTS 200 start to drag in turning with low acceleration. Is it normal or any clue of issue?

I just got a second hand GTS200. It runs entirely vibration free till 80 but a lot of vibrations can be felt at the seat and footboard from 90kmph onwards.

Can somebody point out the likely culprits/ problem?

How much does it cost to change the battery? Also what's the average price of a regular/normal servicing?

 

The seller listed the condition as 7/10. Not too sure if I want to consider getting from this seller.

 

Yet to test ride the scooter though. My brother rides a SYM GTS200.
