Most of the bikes that are used for delivery riders in Singapore are you usual Aerox, NMax, PCX, ADV150, and the likes because of their fuel economy, lower cost to purchase, and plenty of room to mount a topbox or rack.

There are some hardcore riders that are using their sports bikes and even S1000R (as mentioned by @Farhan Tre) in his recent video to do their daily delivery runs. What do you think? Is it feasible to do delivery on a sports bike?

Individual preference I guess. Maybe those riding the big bikes are just earning extra cash and also that's all they have.

I would say however that doing delivery on a Class 2 sports bike isn't that practical...

There is no "Yes" or "No".
It depend on the primary usage, maybe just part timing, should be fair enough.
Consider the maintenance like insurance, fuel, spare parts and wear & tear. If the running cost is low, why not.
In general it's up to the owner to consider the safety, maintenance and comfort level.
